Behringer UMC202HD problem

Windows 11 PC. Every time I try to open Reaper and use my new interface, I get a message saying:

Error opening devices

There was an error opening the audio hardware:

Error initializing ASIO driver

I have downloaded and installed the latest driver directly from Behringer. I double checked that it was for the UMC202HD. I had it unplugged when installing it, per a video I saw. I've restarted my computer multiple times. It shows up in preferences. Audio System: ASIO. ASIO Driver: UMC ASIO Driver

There are no options in the drop-down menus for first and last in either inputs or output range. It isn't showing up in my output devices in the bottom right hand corner of my screen. I can't find it in device manager. I have absolutely no idea what's going on.

Boss Katana Artist Mk II

Ultimately I'm trying to record the dry input from my Boss Katana, so as to use it as an interface (don't have money for a Motu M2 right now) as I'm looking to experiment with NAM A2. Not only do I hear nothing out of my headphones while recording using inputs first: 3, last: 4 (which is how you get the dry signal from a Katana), but when I do record, I don't see any waveform. When I switch to trying to record it normally, as in the processed signal from the amp, I see a waveform but I still don't hear anything, while recording or playing back what I've recorded. My output range is set first: 1, last: 2. Record is armed. Record Monitoring is on. I hear nothing from my headphones. I have no browser open. The headphones are working correctly; I tested them. I only hear guitar through the amp, which I'm hoping not to hear at all. So I have three problems: no playback regardless of inputs; no waveform on inputs 3 and 4 from the Katana; and hearing the amp. I'm at a loss. I would really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

I really want to try NAM A2 on my PC but I cannot figure it how to use my Katana as a pure interface. Can anyone help me out? I am using Reaper and I have Gateway on my PC. Can't seem to get it to stop being an amp. I need that dry signal. Thanks in advance.

I need to know what weapon he's weakest to. I am hitting him with a +10 whirligig with 2 cursed blood gems that dramatically increase damage, and he's still barely taking any damage. I need to know what weapon to max out, and maybe what stat to boost. Can't find good info.

Okay, anyone fight this guy? Big health pool, and he can two shot me despite 50 vitality with his seemingly undodgeable overhead flying lightening strike. He can also create huge distance instantly, and close it just as fast. Anyone beat him? I just beat Orphan of Kos, and this must is harder I think.

I cannot get the app working that adds glyph dungeons. Using BBLauncher and ShadPS4 v0.15.0. Nothing happens when I open the app. I tell it what number altar I want to edit, and it immediately closes the app with no changes.

I just played last night in Bloodborne Launcher and beat Cleric Beast, and went to Play it again today, and it is only offering me the option of a new game. I have no idea what's happening here. Does it not auto save? I don't seem to be able to select a save file manually either.
