Hi & Its frustrating

I’ve watched so many YouTube videos on starting a faceless channel, stickman, animation, AI-assisted, etc., but most are pretty vague.

I always finish thinking, “Okay, but what do I actually do?”

Can anyone share here or dm me or does anyone know of a creator who actually shows the full workflow from idea → research → script → visuals → voice → editing → thumbnail → upload?

I’d really appreciate any recommendations!

Youtube Channel

Hi everyone. I’m new to animation and want to start a faceless YouTube channel.

The biggest challenge I’m facing is that I don’t want to copy any of the existing animation styles or templates that are already popular online. I’d like to create my own unique visual universe and identity from scratch.

With so many AI tools available now, I’m not sure what the best approach is. Is there an AI tool or workflow that can help me develop a consistent, original animation style rather than imitating an existing one? I’d love to hear how experienced creators would tackle this.

Using Ai causes demonetization ?

I’m confused about YouTube’s recent YPP update and was hoping to hear from creators with firsthand experience.

My channel would be faceless, with AI-generated visuals and AI voiceover. However, the videos aren’t made in one click. The workflow is very iterative—I constantly rewrite prompts, regenerate scenes, tweak the script, regenerate the voiceover, and edit everything together until the final video is complete.

Would this type of workflow still be considered original content for YPP, or is it the kind of AI-assisted content YouTube is now rejecting?
I’d especially appreciate replies from people who have recently been approved or rejected for YPP.

Has anyone ever almost canceled a flight because of what felt like an incredibly specific “sign”?

I have a long history of panic attacks and fear of flying. Yesterday I finally built up the courage to book a flight to visit my brother.
I went to the movies first. The moment I opened the cinema doors to leave, the very first thing directly in front of me was a digital billboard showing a poster for a movie called **Black Box**, which is about an airplane disaster. It wasn’t even playing at the cinema, it just happened to be the advertisement showing at that exact moment.
It shook me badly. My brain immediately interpreted it as a warning not to book the flight, and now I’m struggling to move past it.
Has anyone else experienced something like this, where a coincidence felt so specific that you thought it had to mean something? If you still took the flight, what happened? Looking back, how do you view that experience now?
