Merhaba arkadaşlar,

Daha önce HyperX Cloud 3 S modelini yaklaşık 2 ay önce satın aldım. Kulaklığın yazılımı dâhil her şeyini güncelledim. İlk aldığımda ses kalitesini beğendim, ayrıca kafadaki duruşu da oldukça rahattı. Ancak sessiz sahnelerde yaklaşık 10 saniye sonra kulaklık hemen uyku moduna geçiyordu. Ses geldiğinde ise yeniden aktif olması yaklaşık 1 saniye sürüyordu. Bu durum moralimi bozdu.

Satın aldığım yerden değişim yaptım fakat gelen üründe de aynı sorunla karşılaştım. Forumları okuduğumda birçok kişinin bu durumdan şikâyetçi olduğunu gördüm. Özellikle agresif uyku modunun kapatılamadığı söyleniyor. Yazılımda uyku ayarı olmasına rağmen bunun işe yaramadığı, pil ömrünü uzatmak için donanımsal olarak böyle tasarlandığı belirtilmiş.

Bu yüzden sevdiğim bir ürünü iade etmek zorunda kaldım. Ancak gördüğüm kadarıyla HyperX uzun süredir beta sürecindeymiş ve gelen güncellemeyle bu uyku sorununun düzeltileceği söyleniyordu. Güncellemeyi alan veya deneyen var mı? Eğer bu sorun düzeldiyse tekrar satın almayı düşünüyorum. Ayrıca HyperX’in beta sürümünden çıkıp tam sürüme geçtiğini de gördüm. Beta dönemi bitmiş galiba.

About two months ago, I bought the HyperX Cloud 3 S. I updated everything, including the headset software. When I first got it, I really liked the sound quality and the comfort on my head.

However, during silent scenes, the headset would go into sleep mode after about 10 seconds of no sound. Then, when audio started again, it took around 1 second to wake up. This really bothered me.

I got a replacement from the store where I bought it, but the new unit had the exact same issue. After reading forum posts, I saw that many people were complaining about this problem. It seems the aggressive sleep mode cannot be fully disabled. There is a sleep setting in the software, but people say it does not actually help, and that the headset is designed this way at the hardware level to improve battery life.

Because of this, I ended up returning a headset that I otherwise really liked. However, I heard that HyperX had been in beta for a long time and that a new update was supposed to fix the sleep mode issue.

Has anyone received the update and tested it? Did it fix the problem? If the issue is solved, I’m thinking about buying the headset again. I also noticed that HyperX seems to have moved out of beta into a full release now, so maybe the beta period is over.
