Hi everyone, How is the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 Gen 2 in terms of volume? Is the maximum volume loud enough, or does it feel quiet? I live in Turkey, and a friend is going to buy it for me as a gift from abroad, so unfortunately I can't try it before getting it. I mainly play CS2, so I’m especially interested in footstep clarity, positional audio, and being able to tell the direction and distance of sounds.

I'm trying to decide between the Razer BlackShark V3 Wireless and Razer BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed. Razer

My biggest concern is the ear pad depth and long-term comfort.

For people who have used both models:

• Which one has deeper ear pads?
• Which one is more comfortable for 3–5 hour gaming sessions?
• Do your ears touch the inside of the ear cup on either model?
• Is there a noticeable difference in clamping force or ear space?
• Which one would you recommend for someone with larger ears?

I mainly play CS2, so comfort during long sessions is very important.

I have seen mixed opinions online. Some people say the V3 X HyperSpeed pads feel deeper, while others say the regular V3 is more comfortable. I would like to hear real user experiences.

I'm from Türkiye, and I wanted to share my experience with the HyperX Cloud III S to see if anyone else had the same issues.

I bought the Cloud III S three different times, and all three units behaved the same way. I updated the firmware, reinstalled Windows, and even updated my BIOS, but it didn't make any difference.

The issues I experienced were:

• The maximum volume seemed lower than I expected.
• I occasionally heard static/crackling during very quiet scenes.
• The headset sometimes entered sleep mode when no audio was playing.

Because I had the same experience with all three units, I ended up returning them. I'm wondering if I was just unlucky or if other people experienced the same thing.

I've heard that recent firmware updates may have improved these issues. Can anyone who owns the Cloud III S with the latest firmware share their experience? Has the volume, crackling, or sleep mode behavior improved?

I'd really appreciate any feedback, because I'd love to buy the Cloud III S again if these issues have been resolved.

I read that the headset used to enter sleep mode during quiet scenes, and when audio started again it would make popping/crackling noises or cut off the beginning of sounds.

Have these issues been fixed with the latest firmware/software updates, or are they still present?

My budget is very limited, and in Turkey it's very difficult to return products once they're purchased, so I want to be sure before buying.

I found the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 3X Wireless at a really good price and I'm thinking about buying it.

I mainly play Counter-Strike 2, so my biggest priority is hearing footsteps and accurate positional audio. Is it good enough for competitive CS2 after using the SteelSeries GG EQ?

Also, does this headset have any common long-term issues? For example:

Cracking plastic or broken hinges?

Wireless connection or audio dropouts?

Battery problems?

Any other reliability issues?
