We've played a couple of games with the new Channelling rule and we really like it.
Beastmen get a lot out of it with all those Shamans on the table (god bless the Herdstone!), and a Viletide with its range pushed to 21" can be a real game changer. We kinda like the fact that the Lore Familiar is way less mandatory.
Which other armies do you think come out well?

The Wheeler v2 is built from scratch to match TOW FAQ 1.5.3: it measures the wheel manoeuvre as straight-line distance now, not arc.

It all started with a squad of miniatures (beautifully painted, if we're allowed to say so) that ended up on our desk, and our Modular Magnetic Tray System that needed testing on something.

We're genuinely proud of how this clip turned out.

It took longer than we expected to get here, but there's something properly satisfying about building a product from the ground up — design, engineering, filming, editing — all done in-house, no outside hands involved. From an idea on paper to a tray holding models steady on the table, every step was ours.

Honestly wasn't expecting this level of response to a rough WIP post — thank you to everyone who commented, upvoted, or just played devil's advocate. I went through every single comment, and a lot of you were more thoughtful about this than I was.

Here's the prototype, now baked with what you told me:

✅ D6 result on the tracker — each value has the actual Gaze of the Gods die roll printed right next to it

✅ Temporary vs. permanent, at a glance — the two temporary results (Initiative, Toughness) are now labeled "Until next SoT" directly on the tracker

✅ Multi-character tracking — plenty of you run lists with a lot of characters on steroids. Colored PLA clips fasten onto the tracker, one color per character

✅ Two faction skins confirmed — goat skulls for Beastmen (that's the prototype pictured), an eight-pointed star version for Warriors of Chaos is coming too

Genuinely curious to hear what you think of the prototype itself.

One of the nicest things about working on something new is sharing it while it's still being made 🖤

Only two factions in TOW have Gaze of the Gods (the coolest ones, obviously), so it's a pretty niche accessory, but as a Beastmen player I'm tired of doing the mental math every Command phase when it triggers.

Six dials on two plates (roughly 90×60mm, pretty compact), values we're currently working with:
- Stupidity — off / active / -1 to -5 Ld (once it's already active)
- Initiative +1 and Toughness +1 — off / active until next Start of Turn
- Weapon Skill, Attacks, and Strength+Leadership — off / +1 through +6

Acrylic, hand-painted, magnetic — same build as the rest of our stuff. Still very much work in progress, dial ranges and layout are all open to change based on what's actually useful at the table.

One more thing: it'll only be available in a single color to start. If you play Warriors of Chaos or Beastmen — what color would you actually want to see it in?

The one about waiting on the FAQ before finishing these.

The FAQ dropped, so these are done now. Same format as before: casting number, range and conditions on the front, full effect on the back, one token per spell, every lore covered.

Really glad this many of you were into the idea back then — hope it turned out the way you were picturing it.

A couple of weeks ago I shared the spell reference tokens we've been working on. Still waiting on the FAQ, but in the meantime — you can see one of our new pictures 😎

Now, let's talk about Status Tokens.

Frenzy, Stupidity, Impetuous — the kind of statuses that are easy to forget mid-game and painful when you do. We've been thinking about what else could make a TOW battlefield look the part.

The thing is, I only play a couple of armies. My knowledge is limited. So I'd rather ask:
