[F41] excellent cholesterol in May 2024, way worse in Feb this year, now back on track since Feb?

Hi there! So, I checked my cholesterol in May 2024 and it was really good. I re-tested it in February this year and was pretty shocked by the numbers, meaning that they got worse quite a bit. I re-assessed my diet, although it’s been good for the past 10 years, but added apples, and started walking way more (around 7-9k steps a day on average). Let me know if I should be happy with my results today.

May 2024

Is it fairly good now? Shall I try to drop down triglycerides below 100? The only difference I can think of as of now vs 2024 that I used to do some light full body workout with dumbbells on and off back then.

Need help finding a dupe for Bourjois Chocolate bronzer 51

Ever since they discontinued ‘Bourjois Delice De Poudre Bronzer Bronzing Powder’ in shade 51, my life’s never been the same. I cannot for the life of me find anything anywhere near how good this bronzer was! Anyone know of any dupes and anything close to this shade?

What is this thing one the side of my cat’s mouth/gum?

He’s a stray cat that I took home from the streets and adopted 1,5 year ago. His teeth used to be really bad but he got a dental surgery a little over a year ago, and was fine afterwards. For the past 2-3 days, he vocalized 2,3 times the pain in his mouth area, there were some tongue spasms. His tongue is also out for most of the time and there’s a bit of drooling. He’s got appetite otherwise, used his toilette fine, but doesn’t want to play. I have an appointment with the vet scheduled for Tuesday but thought I’d ask on here too beforehand as it’s worrying me.

What do you think about it? Do you like it? It’s a longer top. There’s a matching mini skirt to it, so it’s longer. Is it good to wear it to a friend’s bday party?
