What games got you through a rough patch?
60yo gamer here. 20 years ago, I was made redundant from my job. it was a great emotional and personal upheaval but being able to escape to the World of Warcraft during those times of uncertainty. now, 20 years later and I’m going through the same thing. this time Elden Ring has been a great help. has anyone else used a game to get them through hard times?
UPDATE; wow, what a response! Gaming can definitely be therapeutic.
