My land rover discovery is not cooling up the car even after 20 minutes of full ac on, circulation on, no heat mode turned on, full face ac mode on. AC gas is full, i can feel the cool air coming out of the ac vent, but because of the heat outside, it’s annoying, any help, please 🙏

I was searching for cars for last 2 months, and found

1. land rover discovery sport 2019, american specs, accident car with airbags out, the owner said it passed the rta, how? If ok, should i buy it?

2. Landrover discovery sport hse 2016, gcc specs, from one dealer, that car was also met with an accident on the side, all handles were broken, but car was in excellent condition, garage said, even you buy this for 15,000 and repair it for 15,000 it should go to scrap.

3. I’m looking for dodge chargers 2018-2019, but all of them are american specs with accidents, and they are all passed the rta, how? If passed and not any major issues(i mean like cosmetic damage, or very small issues that can be easily fix in 300-500 aed) should i buy it?
