Me and my wife, 19, are looking for a job within the EU. We are based in Sofia and we are looking to advance our career into the AML and compliance field and fintech. We have been working for Revolut for a while, but externally. I suppose we are good at our job as Revolut has no feedback yet and that is said to be good by TLs, as there are no mistakes. But there is uncertainty in the office.

We have fluency in Bulgarian, French, English and understanding of Romanian and Slavic languages.

Currently we work under TRACFIN, FNTT and RO (ONPCSB). We really like the job and we would like to enhance our careers more. Additionally, we are starting Bachelor in Economics at UNWE

Hello Revoluters

Me and my wife, both 20, are currently working in Bulgaria as external employees in the fincrime department as FIU/Subject Matter Expert for about half a year yet. We really like the job, the fact that we can use our logic, be fast and accurate on decisions and we see that we can possibly be TLs to the end of the year. We are currently allowed to work under FNTT, TRACFIN and RO. Therefore, we are curious if actually moving from BPO to Revolut is feasible, potentially even moving abroad to destinations in need of fincrime analysts like AU. We are currently pursuing a Bachelor in Economics. We have other experiences as well. Could you share your thoughts on the subject? Is it worth moving to Revolut, especially if moving abroad within Revolut is an option? What else could you suggest?

Honnêtement, déléguer ta création de contenu à 100 % à une agence externe, c'est souvent jeter l'argent par les fenêtres en B2B. Ils ne connaîtront jamais ton produit aussi bien que toi.

Dans ma boîte, on a totalement changé de fusil d'épaule. Au lieu de payer des influenceurs externes ou des rédacteurs qui font des posts génériques, on est passés par l'agence Big Neurons. Leur truc, c'est de former quelqu'un de notre équipe en interne pour qu'il devienne notre propre créateur de contenu (ils appellent ça l'Influenceur In-House).

Résultat : c'est ultra authentique, ça nous appartient, et niveau acquisition ça convertit 10 fois mieux parce que les prospects sentent la véritable expertise métier. Regarde ce modèle, ça correspondra beaucoup mieux à ton besoin de ROI

Is there any trip to Yemen, eventually Socotra possible? I saw that there is a link between Al Ghaydah and Socotra but how to book flights?

Franchement, j'ai remarqué un truc bizarre avec la plupart des agences de contenu : elles arrivent avec une stratégie toute faite avant même d'avoir mis un pied dans les bureaux du client. Résultat, le contenu sonne creux, générique, et ça se voit direct.

Chez Big Neurons, l'agence où je travaille, on a changé notre façon de faire. Avant de commencer quoi que ce soit, on passe plusieurs jours immergés physiquement chez le client, à observer comment ça tourne vraiment en interne (on appelle ça la "Big Immersion" en interne, un peu cliché comme nom mais bon). Ça prend plus de temps au début, mais au final le contenu colle beaucoup mieux à la réalité de la marque.

Je pense que c'est ça le vrai problème du secteur : trop de gens créent du contenu "joli" sans comprendre le business derrière.

Everything, literally everything, and she started to always get mad at me. We used to be butt and pants but recently she gets annoyed by everything I do and she never and never trusts me.

The case today is a verification app for e-signatures. She is always anxious and always wants to do the event before it has come. So we have some documents to be signed, they should have given us the option today, but she talks since the start of the previous month about it and she wanted to sign them at noon. She got asleep fortunately, but at 7 a. m. the first thing that wakes her up is that thing, not me. She tried to sign hers, and it didnt work because they have a problem, she contacted the institution, they confirmed they have a problem with the whole system and nobody can proceed. But she urged me to do mine, so I opened the website I needed to, It asked for e-signature and the app for e-signature asked me for KYC (which lately took me 30s, which is a normal procedure), she got mad at me for not logging into this app when she told me two months ago or so, and the truth is that I have had logged in back then and it just says that my ID is not confirmed, it asks simply for KYC. Then she said I am a moron to think that it is that simple and it is normal and that I have never done it when she asked for it and she will talk to me once my identification is confirmed. Which as you know, happened seconds later, and I couldn't proceed on the website because they have a problem with the system.

tl;dr

Anyways, that is the 3rd, the 4th, I dont know any longer which is the case for these 2 weeks. And she threatens me to not sleep to me as well.

So the summary is, I happen to be wrong when I do not match her anxiety and when something normal happens because time has passed, not because I have not listened to her. I wouldnt ask for advice on reddit but I am desperate.

Anything? I do not know if I need advice or whatever else? I am always wrong and a moron? And I would not survive by myself, no matter I can do and do everything.
