I am kinda lost with regards to choosing tires. Had my eyes set on CC3 but the reviews I am seeing are kinda mixed. I am in South Korea, looking of a set that I can slap on and forget. Doing a mix of urban and country driving as I do a little camping. Temperatures here go from 40c to -16c. Paved roads are good and of course we see heavy snow. The current contenders are Continental ASC2, DWS and the Michelin CC2/3. Which ones should I focus on? I like a nice quiet and safe driving experience. The current OEM Kumho Majesty do have some loss of traction on unpave roads.

I have a TASCAM MD deck currently out

Of service. Partially disassembled as I was try to replace the dried out grease. The loading mechanism was pretty stick and often jammed up. Can anyone suggest what type of grease I should be getting? Old grease is white in color.

I know there are tons of others asking the same question. For my case I live in South Korea where temps can reach high 30c's in summer and -16c in Winter. Do a fair bit of highway driving. Do a bit of car camping. Am really caught between the two. CC3 is not available for my Kia Seltos 1.6Turbo. Which is the better choice? Current set of stock Kumho Majesty is at 56 000km. Thanks.

We booked a EV5. Awaiting it, however we are experiencing some buyers remorse. We have a 24 Seltos with 56k KM on it. Missus find the car getting a wee small for us two and dog, especially when its loaded for our road trips. Now tell me why is it a good thing and why we should cancel it. Lose about a $100. We can handle the finances. But it would mean another 3 years to pay off the car.

My DIY attempt at giving me missus birks a refresh. Now trying to figure out the best way to trim the sole to shape using basic tools. I do have an orbital sander. Regret selling the belt sander years ago.

How is the performance of the Harman Kardon speaker setup and its associated amplifier? Do the doors come with the necessary sound dampeners? Is this a DSP system?

Have anyone installed roof bars on their EV5? I am muĺling over the best bars to have installed on the EV5 we have on order. I currently have a Thule 7150 fix point installed with a Thule Force XT L box. Am looking for a solution that does not push the new setup height too much as I live in a apartment with basement parking. Exploring the 7206 wingbar edge as one possibility. Looking for feedback and alternative solutions.

Am shopping around for a EV and was advised to wait till the next tranche to be announced. Out of curiosity, used Gemini to dig deeper and found out that they might split the cost of a new EV into one where the cost of the EV body and battery is spilt with the battery being under a subscription model. Since it's from an AI engine, it's reliability is still suspect. Anyone know more to share? Thanks.
