Worth the upgrade to a 5070 TI or 5080?
I'm a content creator. I used to stream more, and I do a lot of youtube. I started with a 2060 Mobile and got a 4070 desktop build 3ish years ago. The 4070 is fine, I play games in 1440P, and the games I generally CC with aren't super demanding most of the time and my 4070 runs games like Horizon Forbidden West well enough at settings I enjoy at around 90-100 FPS.
But I use a lot of the Nvidia Broadcast suite, and I do edit videos to some extent. And I've been eyeing the 4070 TI Super or 4080 (either) and now the 50 series equivilants for some time for the extra NVENC encoder as well as the performance upgrade, but I'm not sure if it's worth the jump.
At the moment Microcenter has an MSI Shadow 5070 TI for around $850 (I want to say $839, but honestly $50 isn't a huge price fluctuation) and I've seen 5080s for $1199 (I think Zotac). Some part of me is itching.
The other reason I'm thinking about this, is sometimes in the next 6 months, my kiddo wants to build a new PC, and while I could snag her a 9060 XT or 5060/TI level card, she'd also be fine with my old 4070 that's been undervolted for the duration. Not sure if I should maybe make the move now while I can financially (would be a slight stretch, but it's also a tax write off).
So any thoughts? Do the extra encoders or GPU power help a ton with Nvidia broadcast? Would it help editing videos in Davinci Resolve?
For reference, I'm rocking a 12900K, so not the best of the best, but no performance slouch for work or gaming and no real system imbalance if I dropped either in there.

Update:
Thanks for the feedback. I figured the 5080 was probably a pipe dream, but a man can dream. And sadly, a tax writeoff means I can deduct the price of the GPU from my income before calculating taxes, so an extra $400-600 isn't really moving the needle much.
I stopped in a local Best Buy, and they had a shelf tag for the PNY 5070 TI OC for $799. Talking to a rep, I was able to order the part at that price, should arrive on Friday. On top of that, I applied for the Best Buy CC, so I got a 10% rebate though that, and earn regular rewards points on it as well for the purchase, so including tax it'll still be around $750 net out of pocket and I can pay with some money I'll have coming in next month. And I'll have the spare 4070 I can keep or sell, though probably pass it down.
