• On the other hand, Quebec can go the wind route with a windfarm in Quebec, this would allow Quebec to secure electricity for an average price of 0.065$/kWh for 25 years.

The Prime Minister of Newfoundland refused the offer, but the Prime Minister of Quebec was the one too focused on going the hydro route with a hydroplant in the first place.
