Tempted to add a middle pickup

I just suddenly got the wild urge to add a strat middle pickup into my telecaster. I currently have a Bootstrap Pretzel bridge and a Bootstrap Doubleshot Screwdriver p90 in the neck. My brain is telling me that if I add a strat pickup in the mix, the guitar will be able to make just about every sound imaginable. I went to look up a demo of a similar arrangement, but cannot seem to find anything. I know I'm not the first.

Anybody else ever considered this? Or actually play something like this?

Anybody else familiar with cmatmods?

My brother bought this years ago in Nashville and never used it. Gave it to me for 50 bucks and frankly, it's damned amazing. I've never seen another cmatmods in real life. Just wondering if any of you guys have used other pedals and if they're also amazing.

Final SOTB for a while.

I'm officially out of MTG cards to sell for pedals, which means my primary means of purchasing power is depleted. I'm pretty satisfied with what I've got.

First active bass. Feels real good to play.

Just got this behemoth. Heavy as hell. Makes my Les Paul feel like a ukulele. But she do play real nice.

Pedalboard mod opinions

So, I have this old vintage pedal pad suitcase style pedalboard, and I intend on modifying it so there is a switched power inlet, and in/out jacks. the question is, where do I put them? I'm thinking power on the back right corner. Maybe the back of the right side. But, the in/out jacks, I'm not too sure. They can't be right next to the power inlet, as I'm going to be putting a power outlet on the inside, so at best they'll have to be a few inches away. The picture isn't of my exact board, mine is at least 4-5 inches deep along the back wall and an inch deep along the front. Thoughts?

Got gifted a broken GVT52-112

My dad had this laying around for the better part of a decade. Just gave it to me. Figured at worst it was a free Seventy 80. Replaced a fuse on the circuit board, fresh 6L6s. A couple spots on the circuit board are visibly burnt out, and consequently neither amp channel does anything whatsoever. But the power amp and reverb work beautifully. Which, honestly, is exactly what I had been needing. I have a Two Notes ReVolt on my pedalboard, and I love that thing. Now I have an unbelievably loud as hell cab to play it through. Setup sounds sublime.

Just got this last night

Dad called it an early inheritance. But he pointed out that I played it every time I was over there, and that it was more often than he played it. Ended up sending me home with it. 2012 Classic.

Opinions on pickups

I'm planning on swapping out the stock pickups on my Player Strat. I'm definitely going with bootstrap. That's a non issue. I also just saw they now have humbuckers on the menu. So, I wanna go to an HSS setup. Just curious what pickups you guys would pair with the humbucker.

Got the board from a friend who hit the jackpot of free stuff from a stranger. Some pedals I bought myself, some are my dad's. GAS hit me hard when I got a little multi effects unit last year and this has taken about 5 months to get to this point. Now to figure out what I need next, tuner aside.
