time to move on or get her back

A little more context: We started as friends, then things became casual, and eventually we got into a proper relationship. For a long time there was genuine love and attachment from both sides, but over time things became complicated. I made mistakes in the relationship and especially after the breakup — I reacted emotionally, chased, called/texted too much, and said things out of anger that I genuinely regret. She also made mistakes that hurt me, and there were things from her side that damaged the relationship and my trust. Eventually everything became so unhealthy that she decided to walk away and made it clear that she didn’t want contact. I tried once again after a period of no contact, but she replied that i have changed coz of you, and then i stopped texting her.

The thing is, I don't think I need to completely “forget” her. I need to learn how to live my life even if she still crosses my mind. I'm a musician from Mumbai, and I have so much I need to build — my music, career, body, finances, confidence and basically my entire life. I'm already working on these things, but subconsciously she still comes into my mind, and sometimes I wonder whether she'll ever come back. I don't want every improvement I make to secretly be about making her regret losing me. I genuinely want to become an unrecognizable version of myself for myself, regardless of whether she ever sees it. So how do I actually shift my mindset, focus completely on my life and keep progressing even when memories of her randomly come up? And realistically, after everything that happened, if I genuinely change, grow and build a completely different life, is there any possibility she could come back someday — or should I completely let go of that expectation and just let life decide?

Will i get her back?

I got dumped by her, she is chilling now ig, but she was deeply into me 1-2 months ago for sure, but I'm still into her

So, This wasn’t some casual relationship for me, We were genuinely involved even though we haven't talked about our future together, she was my friend from last 3 years, we got in casual for 8-10 months then started dating in December 2025, and, not too long ago, she was deeply into me. Around 1–2 months before everything ended, I genuinely felt loved and wanted by her, which is probably why this sudden change has been so difficult for me to process. Things started getting worse between us, and eventually she decided to end the relationship. I didn’t handle the breakup well at first. I kept calling and texting because I was scared of losing her and kept hoping that if I explained myself properly, things could somehow be fixed. Looking back, I know I was chasing when she was already pulling away, and I regret a lot of how I behaved emotionally after the breakup. Our final interactions got really ugly, there was anger and disrespect from both sides, and I said things I shouldn't have said in anger. Eventually she made it extremely clear that she didn’t want me calling or texting her and told me not to contact her or show up again, and I was blocked. I finally stopped and went completely no contact. After around 15 days of silence, I broke NC once and sent an apology/regret message because I genuinely wanted to acknowledge my mistakes, but she saw it and didn’t reply. She hasn’t initiated anything either. From what I can see, she seems completely fine, going out, enjoying herself, and there have even been things on her social media that made me wonder if there’s another guy, although I honestly don’t know what’s actually going on in her life anymore. Meanwhile I’m still emotionally attached, even though the urge to contact her has become much weaker now. I don’t want to keep chasing someone who clearly doesn’t want contact, and I’m trying to accept that I may have to move on. But at the same time, a part of me still wonders whether someone who was so deeply into me only a couple of months ago can genuinely become completely done with you that quickly, or whether feelings can ever come back after enough time and space. I’m not looking for some manipulation tactic or “make her jealous” strategy. I want honest opinions from people who have been through something similar: based on this situation, is there realistically any chance of rebuilding things someday, or should I completely let go of the idea of getting her back and treat this as permanently over? And if I should continue no contact, what should I actually do mentally when I still have feelings for her?

What should I do guys in this situation?

Full context

This wasn’t some casual relationship for me. We were genuinely involved and, not too long ago, she was deeply into me. Around 1–2 months before everything ended, we were friends for 3 years, did casual for 8 months then started dating last December 2025, which was her first decision. I genuinely felt loved and wanted by her, which is probably why this sudden change has been so difficult for me to process. Guys

Need advice after a breakup and no contact

My ex and I ended things badly, and we’ve been in no contact for a while. I tried reaching out after the breakup, but she didn’t respond and she isn’t initiating anything either. Our last interactions were emotional and things were said/done from both sides that I regret.

I’m still attached and part of me wants her back, but I also don’t want to chase someone who doesn’t want contact.

What do you think is actually going on here? Should I keep no contact and move on completely, or is there any realistic way to rebuild things?

mera khel khatam hai bhai

Its been more than two months since she broke up with me, she didn't ask for no contact but still i did it, 3 times in this period I contacted her but she didn't entertain that much, she sent a photo of the song she was listening to which was our favourite, what to do, i can't even forget her, every thing reminding me of her, after breakup i saw her story with another guy she used to tell me she was only friend with him, i agressively abused her on call then, called her a slut, the things got worse, tried my best to not think about her, no doing contact, it's been now 12 days we haven't talked, i blocked her on insta and she did the same on WhatsApp and call, is there any chance she will come, bekar me chutiya ban gya hu uske liye bhai
