Today we go check out a bakery stand in the bull mountain/ Tigard area.

A lovely lady opened this up after hustling and grinding as a pediatric er nurse for years. After the passing of her beloved dog she knew she needed soentning different. So she opened a bakery stand. Making all the things she loved growing up in New York. Her many changes a lot and she makes small batches of things. So be sure to get there early. Be sure to follow her for drops and her address

Everything was really good. Authentic. Fresh. If you are looking for a women owned small business to support and you like baked goods. I’d definitely go check her out. She is opened starting Fridays!

This is the cutest family owned food cart that’s making fresh, family owner recipes that are delicious, flavorful and definitely a trip out!
Here’s everything I tried!

•empanadas, potatoe and cheese my fav! And shredded beef. Both really yummy
•taquenos deep fried cheese goodness.
•Parrilla a meat lovers dream! So much meat on one plate. You could turn this into like 4-5 meals.
And eveyrbting was really yummy. The fried cheese was my favorite
• lastly the titanic. I had no idea how big this thing was when I ordered it. I thought it was just a regular sandwich but nope this thing is aptly named. It’s huge! Could easily feed 3-4 people and with all the meat on it you’d be full for days.

These people are so kind and the service was just bad none. They really just wanna feed you good food. Thank you for gifting this meal. It was very generous

Today we do a mini review of zurbangerman at the beaverton farmers market

I’ve seen this vendor for a few weeks now and decided to finally give them a shot. While they recommended I get the spaetzle (German Mac and cheese) with the pork shoulder I thought for my first time I should try their bratwurst first.
Each plate comes with sauerkraut which they import from German and your choice of mustard.

The spaetzle is the German version of Mac and cheese and I feel like they use beer in their cheese for the Mac and cheese. The noodle shape is super fun and it was very cheese.

The bratwurst has a great bite and flavor to it. Combined with the mustard and sauerkraut it was a definitely come back again!

Catch them every sat at the Beaverton farmers market. Also some of the friendlier staff I’ve ever encountered.

I was trying to kill time because I had a Chiro appointment and I saw this shop and decided to give it a go. Pop and pour dirty soda in the Murray hill marketplace.

The vibe is clean, hip and minimalistic. And their menu was large. It was really hard to choose but the servers there are very knowledgeable and they really can help you figure out what you’re craving. I really like the build your own option in case they don’t have something that you want they definitely can make you what you want.

This is my third time trying a dirty soda and I definitely will going back to the other drinks that they have. Like the pop refreshers.

Today we review curryonindian23 one of the best Indian food trucks I’ve ever had.

The owner is super sweet and is very speedy. You definitely won’t be waiting long. Making everything from scratch everyday. You can definitely taste the difference. No one he has people coming from all over to get his food. Literally from salem, mt hood, even Seattle.
He also graciously let me interview him so be sure you’re following for that.

Today we review another beavertonmarket find! dongbeidimpledumplings !
After following them for awhile and messaging them for awhile (thanks for answering all my annoying questions) I finally found myself craving dumplings and decided to give them a shot!

I got the dumplings tour 12pcs for $19! Which I think is a steal. But didn’t get the black pearl because I don’t do seafood. Everything is handmade down to the wrapper and super authentic!
The dumpling tour was AMAZING! So good. Definitely something to do if you aren’t sure. The dumplings keep well and they do have frozen ones to purchase. The in house sauces and dips definitely elevate the dumplings 🥟 and everything was so tasty and juicy!
The Chinese burger was sooo juicy. The lady next me asked me where I got it because I know it looked good!

Everything came out super fresh and fast and they are lovely people. I’m working on an interview with them because I find them super interesting. They even talk to each other in Chinese!

I’m so excited to share my experience at dons!

Dons has barely been opened a year but we don’t gatekeep here! I did score an interview with the owner so be sure you’re following for that.

I was lucky enough to get a seat for the Feb menu. And the experience is like no other.

Here’s everything I tried:
I opted for the cauliflower fritters because I’m not into shrimp. But the people next to me said the shrimp cocktail was amazing.
• cauliflower fritter was delectable!! I could’ve watched a bucket full
•ice verge wedge. So delicious
•chonchiglie pasta. This was DIVINE. 🤤
•filet mignon, potato pavé. Left me speechless
•cheese course! A CHEESE COURSE you guys. So good
•chocolate trifle

This was definitely an amazing night. If you are looking for something amazing in Beaverton. Head to Don’s.

He just put out his April menu and it looks divine! March has some openings. Prices can run between $100-150 5-7 course meal.

Today we finally try and review Canard who opened a location in Beaverton!
Now full disclosure I didn’t go at dinner. The prices were just a little too much for me and truth be told even the lunch menu was steep. Their menu has lots of seafood like oysters which yall know I don’t eat. But they did have some items that kinda blew my mind.

Here’s everything I tried
•burrata and garlic naan $19 🤩
•garlic fries $8.50 🤤
•steam burger $5.50
•ricotta gnocchi $27🤤😵
•foie gras $23
Total spent for lunch $83 before tip! 😅

Overall it’s definitely an expensive meal and if you enjoy French cuisine I can see you really liking this place. The service is very good and they have a full bar.

They are located in the old Beaverton bakery and I will say I think they did a great job with the interior

I gotten these baked potatoes twice in a row now at the Beaverton farmers market. Pro tip don’t get it right when they open. Potatoes aren’t quite ready!
Papas 831!

I don’t know about you but I have such a love for baked 🥔 potatoes. I don’t know why but I think potatoes might be like the perfect food and when they’re baked right and loaded with all the right ingredients it is such a comfort food and I personally think it hits all major food groups.

@papas831_ does their baked potatoes right. They have a ton of different meats to choose from and each baked potato comes with butter cheese sour cream jalapeños and chives. And they definitely don’t skimp on the butter which is my favorite part.

I got a half and half. Carne Asada and chorizo. And I think this is my new favorite combo. I also noticed that they add more potato on top of the potato you get. So you definitely can make two or three meals out of this.

I’ve also had their spiral potatoes at different events and they’re crispy seasoned well and just a great little snack.

Catch them every Saturday at the Beaverton farmers market. So good y’all

I have two amazing foster huskies who have now been in foster care for over a year, and some major life changes make it so I really need help finding them loving homes. This has been one of the toughest foster years I’ve ever had. 🥺

Both boys are located in Beaverton, Oregon and are adoptable through All Joy 4 Paws Rescue. And they do have an adoption fee but willing to work with potential adopters. To be clear adoption fees usually help cover:

vet care
food
transport
vaccines/spay/neuter
emergency medical needs
keeping the rescue running
Both of these guys were saved from euthanasia

Adoption fees aren’t about profit, they help rescues keep saving animals. People who pay them aren’t stupid; they’re helping make rescue possible.

💙 Atlantis

Atlantis is the classic fun, vocal, sweet husky. He has one blue eye and one brown eye, loves walks, loves people, loves other dogs, and has that lovable husky stubbornness. He would be a great fit for someone who loves the husky personality and wants a fun family dog.

He is crate/kennel trained and can be left alone for 7-10 hours when needed.

🤍 Rick

Rick is my quieter husky. He would be perfect for someone who is home often and wants a calm companion to chill with. He is playful, loves walks, and gets along with dogs, cats, and kids. Truly such a sweet, easygoing boy. He could definitely be in an apartment. He’s that quiet and chill.

He can also be left alone for 8-10 hours when needed.

Today we finally stopped by @universal.coffeeor to try their breakfast burrito and get a coffee.
I’ve passed by this little shop a lot and it’s a walk up window but it looks like they have a pretty dope outdoor seating area and green space.

I tried the
•chicken chorizo breakfast burrito (snack size)
•horchata coffee for the first time and it was really delicious!

This little shop is a two man show and I thought they had some decent pricing. If you haven’t tried @universal.coffeeor I suggest you stop by today!
