The player pool i play with isnt exactly nits but they dont know what gto is at all. They 3bet oop for like 2x or 3x at most and dont adjust to limpers so when i raise to 14bb against a 3bb raise oop they ALWAYS fold except pure premiums

The question is, should i decrease my sizings and deviate from gto and if so by how much and how does this affect my range?

I can confidently profit in NL10 in coinpoker and can hold my own in NL25 and would be profitable if you consider rakeback

Saw it last week and I loved the movie for the same reasons the media have said so but after thinking about it for a week plus seeing it all over insta, I cant help but see myself in bear. Ofc I do agree that he was the villain and at most maybe the whole character can be seen as a very very grey point morally but that “whats so bad about being with me” just made me think his intentions were kinda f’d up.

My point tho is that this movie kinda made me realize I am this sort of “nice guy” especially the first few scenes and that confession to open it. I just see that complete lack of confidence in bear in myself too and also when he couldnt confess to niki cuz he was scared to lose her as a friend, Ive had that experience quite a few times. Ive known for a while that my whole ideology isnt really nice but this movie really made me scared of myself after thinking about it but alongside that I also have this fear of loneliness that I also resonated with bear kinda.

My question is how do I fix this mindset that I have. I have been searching online too but specifically, how would you fix bear

(Most advice I saw is just simply being more confident and learning to set more boundaries to yourself but even as I try to apply these. Most of me feels that I dont or cant change and am still scared)

But im wondering why whenver i 3 bet IP its always 8bb vs a 2.5 raise and 13bb from sb or bb. Normally i would raising slightly smaller before i found out abt this so im wondering why we raise so big especially out of position

Also might as well ask what is the sizing when there are limps or floats included
