Phone Dilemma

I really like US Mobile..the price, the service, the product and network options. In fact, we now have four lines in our family on US Mobile plans since last year.

I now need a new phone (I have an older Pixel) and I've noticed US Mobile has some phone discounts, but always for new customers. At the same time Google FI is out with the new Pixel 11's for free for new customers. AI suggests I should move to Google FI for 24 months to get a Pixel 11 Pro for free...even though I still have 6 months left on my pre-paid annual plan..I'm wondering if any of you have moved in and out of MVNO's like US Mobile for a similar circumstance and if this is still the logical thing to do?

Current Phone Promos - Pixel 11 v. Pro

It appears to me that if you bring a new line to Premium Unlimited you can get either a Pixel 11 or Pro over 24 months. I wonder why anyone would choose the base 11 over the Pro..thoughts?

As a side note...the 4 line pricing for the Premium Unlimited with the $10 off is really good, just wish I had four lines to bring instead of two.

Travel Portal Hotel Prices Are Surprisingly High

I typically do a quick check between the travel portal and Priceline. Lately I've seen the travel portal 30-40% higher for the same rooms. So, I've booked on Priceline then used the travel eraser function to make use of my VX points. Anyone else do this? Is this a good idea?

I am aware of the "Price Guarantee" offered by VentureX and would love to book through the Capital One portal to get the multiplier and one-stop convenience, but it seems from Reddit that many people had problems trying to price match..declined for some slight wording difference, sale price, etc..Further, I'd have to do this every single time I booked a room based on what I'm seeing..EX: this week $179 per night on C1 Portal..I paid $104 on the other site. If it makes a difference to the discussion, I do have some "VIP" status and Priceline often offers discounts/coupons, which I think nullifies the ability to use the Price Guarantee, but at the end what matters to me is the net price and price difference.

I am curious why the C1 portal is so much more expensive and if anyone else is using it differenly for hotels?

At The End of a 72 Hour Fast..What To Do

This is only my 2nd 72 hour fast, so a relative newbie relative to many others here.

Just about at the end of this fast, a couple hours to go. According to my ketone strips I'm in a lower state of ketosis. I'm at a pretty healthy weight, so really doing the fast for a metabolic reset.

All the literature says that right now autophagy is peaking. Does this mean I should try to stretch the fast out longer for more benefit. I'm not particularly hungry, but I do have an active schedule right now golf, weightlifting, hiking, softball, etc..and can already tell I don't have full energy.

In sum, am I losing significant benefit by ending a water fast at 72 hours? And, would you stop at your 72 hour goal or keep going? If so, for how long?

Way Late To The Party - A Couple Questions

I'm just now researching the various benefits of RLT and a question comes to mind.

I heard one researcher/M.D. suggest that exposure to RLT upregulates mitochondrial function throughout the body. His primary context was the immune system. Yet, I see many products on the market (masks, hats, etc..) that are used in a very targeted fashion.

I'm wondering then what the primary difference is between the masks, hats, or small lasers and the commercial beds, panels, saunas, or bags that seem to provide a full body or larger area exposure?

Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Breaking The System?

Thought experiment. What would happen if, in a coordinated effort, every single person in the United States stopped paying their premiums and cancelled their health insurance?

Would providers lower thier prices to attract customers? Would insurance companies go belly up? Would the consumer have enough fortitude to hold out for a better system to emerge?

I think the system needs a shock and complete re-thinking. Maybe something like this is not the way, but why should we continue to accept such out of control costs..

I'm building a new house and have space designed for an indoor simulator. Would love an overhead LM, but not sure yet if the extra money is worth it?

That said, there's a lot of discussion about units that can do indoor and outdoor well. While this sounds great on paper, the range I would primarily use has Pinnacle brand range balls. I then saw an article that budget range v. premium balls will have a 5-10% distance and considerable spin variance. So, I'm trying to think if I'd ever take a LM to the range at all? I do see the entire flight of the ball at the range...so, for the most part, I know what I've done on every swing.

I get it if your range uses high end balls; but, how important is the outdoor capabilities with lower end balls? And, would this be part of the decision process between a radar based and camera based LM?

Should be an easy question, but I've seen inconsistent application.

If a draw is not recovered in the mid-field by either team and crosses a restraining line, can any player then recover the ball for possession..and not just the three from each team who start in the mid-field?

Thanks!
