Am I asking for too much?

50F, I want a man who, when life gets hard, he can look at me and say don’t worry, I am here, I’ll figure it out. It’s not about financial support me both can work and earn money.it’s emotional support.

Is it unrealistic or do man like this actually exist ?

If you want to chat, no sex, no nudes, no nsnw.

50F, divorced with 5 kids — would single dads consider dating someone like me?

I have 5 kids: one adult, two teens and two younger ones (6 and 3). My custody situation is about 80/20 because of my ex’s work schedule.

I know my situation is not typical. I’m not looking for someone to replace their dad or take over my responsibilities. I’m just curious how single dads view dating someone with a big family.

Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences.

Anyone else in their 50s still want a deep connection?

I’m curious if I’m the only one. 50F

I notice a lot of people my age say they don’t want marriage, living together, or anyone disrupting their peace. I completely understand that.

But I still find myself wanting something deeper.

Not someone to complete me. I have my own life. I mean having a true partner — someone to share the everyday stuff with, talk about your day, make plans together, fall asleep next to, hold hands, and feel emotionally and physically connected.

I know LAT and separate lives work well for many people, and that’s great. But I still want a “we,” not just two independent people occasionally dating.

Am I unusual for feeling this way in my 50s?

Do others still want that kind of deep partnership after everything life has thrown at them?

After 25 years of marriage, I am divorcing my husband because of his addiction. Looking for stories from people who have been through this.

F50. I have done everything I could to save our marriage, but I failed.

After 25 years together, I am now divorcing my husband because of his addiction and the damage it has caused to our relationship and family.

The hardest part is that he is still my children’s father. I don’t hate him, and I hope he can heal and have a good relationship with our children.

I would like to hear from people who have been with an addicted partner:

Did they ever change? What happened after separation or divorce? How did you handle co-parenting?

I would appreciate hearing your experiences and advice.
