Is anyone else seeing that certain companies are still not posting the salary ranges despite being legally obligated to do so? Big companies like Ernst Young are still non-compliant and it's infuriating. They had plenty of time to implement this and are facing seemingly no repercussions.
Edited: Original example used was Scotiabank and as a federally regulated company they are exempt.
