Dia 18 de Junho, bateram me por trás na a44 onde o condutor da carrinha vinha distraído no telemóvel e não teve tempo de parar no trânsito e embateu na minha traseira.

Dia 2 de Julho foi feita uma peritagem (após terem falhado 3 vezes em fazê-la em dias anteriores). Depois dia 8 de julho veio outra perita me pedir para descrever o acidente para colocar lá na folha dela.

Estamos atualmente a 11 de agosto, ainda sem qualquer resposta por parte da seguradora. A mediadora já ligou para eles Disseram que tinham até 6°Feira da semana passada.

6°Feira sem resposta onde foram contactados novamente e disseram que tinham até hoje 3°Feira

Hoje a mediadora entrou em contato e responderam que tinham 3 dias para dar resposta ao pedido da mediadora.

Isto é de todo legal? Há alguma coisa que possa fazer? A mediadora vai esperar até 6°Feira e se eles não responderem vai falar com a proteção jurídica que a minha apólice inclui.

Hello everyone, considering to buy a Golf 8 1.5 eTSI 150hp style, with plenty of extras, and I'm wondering what's everyone opinion on it?

Already test drove it, the car drives perfectly fine, the infotainment looked to work smoothly, at least from what I'm used to.

The car is from December 2020, it was always assisted at VW Germany in the proper maintenance time, first maintenance at 2022, and second one at 2024 (4 year maintenance) it had 1 owner.

It only has 39.1k KMS on it, it was bought during the pandemic time, so it wasn't driven that much during the first year, that's the reason of the low KMS and the reason for the sell is because the owner bought an ID.7

Now I checked the infotainment version and it was at the 1985, having the last update in February this year for the SOS and 3/4G services

It also had a steering wheel replacement in 2025 at VW due to a heating steering wheel problem (it still has 2 years left of warranty till 2028)

And it had the dual clutch replaced aswell in January 2026 (gears, washers, etc, basically the entire dual clutch system) which still has warranty till 2029 at VW

That being said, is it a good purchase?

Price is at around 22k€ which was one of the best prices I found so far

I'm considering buying a Golf 8 Style 1.5 eTSI DSG from the end of 2020, it has 37k KMS on it, I already talked a bit with the seller, the car was always serviced at Volkswagen, the driver didn't drive it a lot because he imported a new car (the reason of low kilometers), the car had a service in the steering wheel at Volkswagen which they changed the steering wheel and also had a change in the dsg transmission also at Volkswagen (with receipts to prove it)

It has plenty of extras (IQ.Light, parking assist, panoramic roof with the option to open it, and a bunch of other extras, I believe it has every extra possible)

Was wondering how reliable the engine and the car are in general? I always take good care of my cars and always service them properly and in the correct time.

It has only 1 owner as well. Is it reliable In the long term? (4-5 years), any known issues? I have heard and seen some people complaining about golf 8 being trash!

Looking forward to buy a new car, I currently own a Golf 6 2009 2.0 TDI 110hp, which I'm very happy with, but the chance appeared and I'm looking out for something more new.

Currently in between the following ones: (All DSG)

- Golf 8 2.0 TDI 150hp 2020-2023 (R-Line)

- Golf 8 GTE 2022 1.4 eTSI 245hp DSG with 77064 KMS on it and a bunch of extras

- Golf 8 1.5 eTSI 150hp 2020-2023 (R-Line)

I'm looking for something that is fun to drive like my Golf 6, that has a nice perfomance, and most important that has a good reliability in long term.

I usually do around 2k kms per month (700-900 in 2 weeks), I would say like 400-500 kms are made in city and the rest is made in highway.

What you guys think would be the best option? I'm more lean into the GTE, but I'm a bit worried about the hybrid system in long term.

Boas, estou numa fase inicial de procurar um carro novo gostava de algo divertido e fiável em termos de manutenção, faço cerca de 700-800 kms de duas em duas semanas, possivelmente com alguns extras e automático (não sendo obrigatório), atualmente tenho um Golf 6 2.0 TDI de 110cvs, procurava algo semelhante, em termos de desempenho/perfomance e fiabilidade.

Até agora houve um modelo que me chamou bastante atenção:

Golf 8 1.5 R-Line eTSI DSG ou o Golf 8 1.4 eHybrid, poderia também ver um Golf 8 TDI, mas talvez um hibrido ajuda-se nos consumos? (Estou ciente que um GTI ou um I30 N não é para quem se preocupa com consumos e não estou, seria caso apenas fosse para um dos mencionados acima)

Também vi um Golf 7 GTI importado ou um Golf 8 GTE ou um Hyundai I30 N, mas meh acredito que seja manutenção mais cara.

Outros que já conduzi à 2 anos atrás foi o Citroen C4 1.2 140cvs de 2024 e até achei engraçado e um Opel Corsa GS de 2024 automático 1.0, mas não sei até que ponto um 1.0 será o suficiente. por isso procurava algo um pouco melhorzinho em termos de motor

Aceito sugestões de carros! E obrigado a quem ajudar! Pode ser ou não importado

P.S: Atualmente estou aguardar resposta e disponibilidade do mecânico para arranjar a bomba de ABS, no entanto tenho de ir à inspeção, o carro reprova, por ter a luz de ABS acessa?

Hey everyone so since this monday my Golf 6 2.0 TDI 110hp 2009 has been acting weird where I turn the car key 1 time and the ABS and ESP light stays on and the handbrake light starts blinking and a beep sound goes on.

Whenever I turn the key off and on again like once or twice the lights disappear like normal, what could be the issue?

P.S: Only happens on the first key turn of the day, then it doesn't happen again
