Previously posted about how my cat was destroying my PSA subwoofer grills. https://www.reddit.com/r/audiophile/s/cLS3m8xWvu
Added scratching post, spray bottle at the ready, no dice, she knows it upsets me and thrives on the reaction when she's bored haha. Have been coving them with blankets as a stop gap, but they are getting shredded. With no OEM metal option, no way to buy SVS grills, had to make my own.
Found some scrap perforated metal sheet, cut, cut myself on the metal, started wearing gloves, deburred and smoothed. Used some bobbins, leftover delrin washers, and some thumb screws to attach. Since the bobbin standoffs are quite long, they can be at a bit of an angle and remain attached, so didn't bother cutting perfect location holes.
Hello to the Miata group that waved at me going up the hill as I was coming down!
I assume it's ruined and simply cannot see the ruination within? I bumped the tone arm and it went across the center point, so the stylus hit the cork mat from the side. It bent the stylus near the base. Ruined!! Figured I'd try and bend it back. With a crappy record, it seems to sound normal? Both channels work, imaging seems normal, suspension seems normal, tip isn't noticibly rotated, stylus is lined up nicely, no additional pops or cracks.
There's really no point in anything faster. Even on back roads, since there's a speed limit, all driving is momentum driving unless you want to have a bad time. Miata are about good times. When you are stuck behind someone inevitably, you can look up at the mountains and smell the trees. It's just so good. Constantly really good.
Ran out of room on my free piano bench. Couldn't find a shelf that would fit my needs for any cheaper than several thousand dollars. Prefer to spend that on good Schiit. Decided to make my own, turned out great! Used the same stain and poly I used on my Klipschs so it matches. Four 3 ft x 2 ft for lots of room.

Is this a normal wait period from an AD? A blue/black HC 39 mm was "in stock" March 29th when I ordered and paid. Have checked in twice a month with them, each time saying they're right around the corner and there has been high demand and low output.
Still obsessed with these Klipsch 1 year later. PSA s18 subs are the cherry on bottom. Completely unnecessary, my cat thinks.
The movement is a La Joux-Perret G101 4 Hz. Great watch, second Nodus. Thank you Matt Farah!
Really comfortable and has some heft to it. Enjoying the quick adjust strap. Great build quality for $500. While the movement is a +/- 10 regulated TMI NH38, my cat thinks all my watches run slow compared to her dinner time.
