My parents are old mom can't cook we can't afford Swiggy food. We get food cheaply from a nearby local restaurant. I am worried if I go to work who will bring food for my old parents. Many other super senior citizens maybe facing the same problem. Any such service exists please let me know.. can someone add me to delivery boy whatsapp group?

I used to go once in 2 days since I was a toddler upto 36. From 36 to 43 I took laxatives mostly senna.. now suddenly one day I forgot taking senna even then I could go. I used to take senna once in 3 days but forgot. Now I go once in 3 days automatically no laxatives..

Only things I do is walk for 1 hr everyday mostly on a vegan diet. Evening I take milk with oats not much salads

Anybody here goes once in 2 or 3 days just by eating more fibres. It happened to me once just by eating cucumber before dinner I had a bowel movement in 3 days. When I was a kid till I was 36 I used to go once in 2 days with not much fibre. When I became 36 and switched to a vegan diet I suddenly stopped having bowel movement

I am 43 now I have given up vegan diet.
