Rule #1 of Smash Rosters: Never put in characters that are just "guys with guns"

It's okay for a character to use guns, but they also need to have some sort of defining factor other than "guy with a gun"

Characters that are okay: Heavy, Master Chief, Marcus Fenix, Joanna Dark, Nathan Drake

Characters that are not okay: Michael De Santa, Arthur Morgan, anyone from COD

Retool the story of a piece of children's media to sound like a horror movie plot. I'll start.

A police officer and his police dog are hurt in a targeted bomb attack, and the officer is forced to have life-saving surgery while the dog goes off duty. Both are severely injured, but still alive. However, one of the surgeons set to save the officer is secretly an insane scientist who believes mixing the DNA of the dog with the officer is the key to creating the perfect being. He sneaks into the dog's home where he is recovering, decapitates him, and replaces the officer's head with the dog's resulting in a freak of nature.
