Who wants some skewered snake for dinner?
I love this game so much.
Turning Raghnall of the Scarlet Rains into a true boss duel
I'm working on a Bestiary expansion mod called MYRMIDON, which focuses on making unique NPCs moveset more unique. In this video is Raghnall.
While he can catch you offguard with some of his attack, he ultimately acts just like a regular Fighter in vanilla. With MYRMIDON, he'll provide a proper challenge and hopefully live up to his reputation as a "swordsman of unparalleled skill." Perhaps you can spot some of his new behavior in the video!
>!Yes you can still knock him off the bridge, play dirty\be cheap, call your pawn for aid, or even lure him to kill himself with your wit! It's just a bit harder to do depending on what you use, especially if you try to grab him. Ironically, this makes it easier to get the best rewards of this fight, which is by lastaing long enough for the cutscene to occur.!<
Also, if he's a friendly NPC accompanying you on a quest like Tensions on the Highroad, he keeps all of these new moves and buffs, so you get to enjoy a powerful companion on your side.
While the mod is almost complete, if you're interested in previous previews, here you go:
When you've seen this play out too many times
Even the Frost Ogre was amused.
Empress Nadinia showing why the griffin never crosses the Bakbattahl gate
I'm working on a Bestiary expansion mod called MYRMIDON, which focuses on making unique NPCs moveset more unique. In this video is Nadinia.
You unlock her escort quest after fully finishing her questline, so I thought it would be neat if that comes with a powerful spellcasting ally in her, focused on Lambent Flame-inspired magick. Unfortunately, she cannot use her spells outside of an escort quest due to AI limitation.

Turning Lanzo (Coral Snakes' leader) into a real boss fight
I'm working on a Bestiary expansion mod called MYRMIDON, which focuses on making unique NPCs moveset more unique. In this video is Lanzo.
You thought I'd just spice up friendly NPCs? No. I'm turning a few into anime antagonists. With how much we're lacking human bosses in this game, I figured I should buff up the few we do have.

Making new attacks for Trysha (Sorcerer Maister)
I'm working on a Bestiary expansion mod called MYRMIDON, which focuses on making unique NPCs moveset more unique. In this video is Trysha.
Similar to her father, she spams powerful spells in vanilla (Meteoron and Seism), so I only gave her simple spells to show both her budding knowledge in the realm of magick and her innate magickal powers, with a focus on fire.

Making new combos for Srail (Thief Maister)
I'm working on a Bestiary expansion mod called MYRMIDON, which focuses on making unique NPCs moveset more unique. In this video is Srail.
He's already strong in vanilla, with Formless Feint, Ignited Blade, Skullsplitter and Masterful Kill. All I did was give him 3 new short combos that emphasize his use of FF.

Alas, it has reached my country
I'm working on a Bestiary expansion mod called MYRMIDON, which focuses on making unique NPCs moveset more unique. In this video is Myrddin.
While he's already powerful in vanilla, he only uses small magick bolts and 2 spells, Decanter and Maelstrom, which is kind of boring. To show his magickal prowess, he'll be capable of casting Salamander, Hagol, Thundermine and Seism instantly. He'll also have a rapid magick bolt volley and a short range magick billow.

Note: He's using a different outfit in my game thanks to Charactor Customizer and my armor edits.
