Traceability showed the DFS Carbon Thru Axles kit in his latest video. They come in an universally fitting kit, which is great for kind of exotic thru axle measurements.
Anybody has any real world experience with them?

die Conti GP5000 S TR an meinem Aeroad müssen alsbald getauscht werden. Nach Jahren auf den GP wäre ich Neuem gegenüber nicht abgeneigt, vor allem, wenn man damit noch etwas Gewicht sparen kann (fahre derzeit 30er GP tubeless, Gewicht 300 g jeweils).
Bei meinen Recherchen bin ich auf BicycleRollingResistance auf den Comtura Prima von Tufo gestoßen. Ca. 260 g in 32 mm und 230 g in 28 mm (30er gibt es leider nicht).
Leider finde ich sonst nur wenige Informationen über diese Reifen.
Fährt jemand aus diesem Kreise sie und hat evtl. sogar einen Vergleich zum Conti (vor allem Haltbarkeit und Pannensicherheit)? Danke!
Finally had a NBD yesterday after waiting approximately four weeks for my customized Aeroad. Had Canyon change the stem to 90 mm.
Did a few upgrades to the bike I already had on my Ultimate:
- XMCS 58 mm wheels (1.160 grams vs. 1.650 for the DT Swiss the bike came with)
- Elilee X310 cranks in 165 mm with a Power2Max Powermeter (about 150 grams saving compared to the Ultegra Crank set)
- Dura Ace 11-30 cassette
- Wolf Tooth Del pedals
- Galfer rotors and brake pads
- Selle Italia Carbonio Saddle (last gen, 125 Grams)
Total weight with mounts, pedals etc is 7,27 kg.
Race drops will arrive here soon, I hope.

I just ordered my Aeroad CF SLX 8 in the crystal white color. The blue kaze and the metallic acid color aren’t my cup of tea, so I went with the crystal white.
However, all white looks a bit dull to my taste, so I was wondering if someone of you added some colored foil
/wrap or decals/stickers to your bike? My current bike is a black and white Ultimate and I really like the paint job.

I bought it back in 2017 on a trip to Tokyo at Yodobashi in Akihabara, but apparently never wore it.
Anyone knows what the watch is worth nowadays?

I recently lost a bit of weight and need to replace my now too big mostly Rapha gear in either M or L.
Got a Maap Flow Insulated Vest in Size S for a hefty discount in their recent sale. However, I’m a bit unsure about the size. It fits very snug. A Size M would be almost double the price though.
Have a non-insulated Flow Vest in Size M on the way to me, but usually I only use vests when it’s colder, so I’m not sure if I should just stick with the insulated on Size S.
What’s the subreddits opinion on size? Maap jerseys in S fit great, but they have considerably more stretch than the Flow vest. For reference: I’m 180 cm tall and weigh 64 kg.

Dear fellow enthusiasts,
I wanted to manual wind my VSF today and noticed that there was no „resistance“ when I unscrewed the crown to position 1. I also can’t move the crown to position 2 for date and position 3 for time changes anymore.
I’m on vacation right now, so I can’t unscrew the caseback or remove the crown.
What could be the problem? Is this repairable?

I just broke my second seat post clamp in three weeks. First one was used like 15 times and broke after 1,5 years since I got the bike. The new one just broke today after three weeks and only a few uses. Got a new saddle and needed to adjust seat post…
Anyone else experienced so many malfunctions?
Been upgrading my Ultimate through the last few weeks with different parts, mostly from China. Got the weight down to 7.21 kg with pedals etc.
Parts I’ve changed are:
- XMCS Wheelset, 58 mm deep, 26 mm internal, 34 mm external, carbon spokes, 1.160 g,
- 30 mm Continental GP5000 S TR, set up tubeless,
- Elilee X310 crank set, 165 mm cranks, Shimano chain rings (50/32),
- Power2Max Spider Power Meter,
- 0-offset SP0064 seat post from Canyon (70 g),
- 11-30 Dura Ace Cassette,
- Wolf Tooth Del pedals (210 g),
- Selle Italia SLR Carbon saddle,
- Elite Bottle Cages (16 g each),
- Bar tape from Supacaz,
- Radar and Wahoo mount 3D printed,
- some Ti bolts here and there.
Rides like a rocket. 🚀 :)
With shallower wheels and narrower tires, sub 7 kg should be possible, even though the frame is kinda heavy.
