Genuine help needed:My parents invested in the SBI life smart privilege plan, where they paid a 6 lakhs premium annually for 5 years. Hidden charges?

The picture shows the fund value as 50.14 lakhs on 8th May morning, my mother went to SBI a day before and booked the amount at 2:30 pm 7th May, the banker now says she closed at 4:55pm. However, the money credited to her account was 48.69 lakhs(instead of 50.14) as this policy is tax free, where did the rest of the money go?

To summarize

On 8th May fund value was 50.14 lakhs

7th May Mother books the amount 2:30pm however get 48.69lakhs

On 7th May morning fund value was 49.68 lakhs

6th May morning fund value was 48.69 lakhs
