Hey everyone. So I'm scrolling through Mercari and see the PS3 ZoE HD edition for $20. Seems like a good deal. But I'm having a hard time figuring out if that version of the game has english options, since ik a few games like Demon's souls has japanese text but still english audio. Likely it doesn't but hey. If not, is there a patch I could get since my console's homebrewed?
It was worth it for the Toa Nuva and Matau for me, even if they're missing a head and their masks. First time having some roborider stuff as well, and the sleeper hit was a Spybotics Shadowstrike S90, which is fully complete! Minus CD and cable though, still fun to mess with on its own without the ability to actually motor it around. The remote's sadly corroded to hell inside so idk if it'll be able to be salvaged. Regardless, score.
Some of the other scraps were some Znap parts, the torso and arms to a Mata Akamai, and part of the 3 way roborider combiner model of onyx, dust, and power. And for those wondering why I didn't mention the Jaga and Gali mata, I have those complete so ig I'll plug in the fact that I'd be up for buying or trading for those 2 ^w^
Idk where the last lizard is, I went through every section of the map to double check that I didn't miss any of them. Please don't tell me that the trophy is literal and the lizards need to specifically be dead.
I'm trying to sort out the rest of my Gen 2 stuff to sell, but the Wiki has no info about what it was included with. Was it one of the starter packs? Google says it was with a Battle Amp pack but I never had that set.
I beat the game back in May, and I've been starving for some more high polish kaiju fights since like the many Eikon fights. Especially ones like Titan and the phase of Bahamut wth Phoenix, and not to forget the Phoenix gate fight. I love monster hunter and shadow of the colossus, but those games feel like a david v goliath situation in comparison to these.
Here's to another life-fulfilling year. I hope him and Welker get one last piece of Media together to go out on. (And I don't mean Invincible, as great as that flashback was). It's a shocker that they're still going strong in recent media regardless.

I can hear fred tatascoire's laughter a ton, that was a perfect role for him back then. There's definitely some flaws with this set, not my favorite titan now after getting into Bonkle and also back into HF, but the build and aesthetic is flawless imo. So happy to finally have this big guy.
The flaws of his design give me a greater reason to try and revamp him I suppose, especially to give him better motion at those shoulders and hips, he does feel rickety with those Y-joints. Plus maybe figure out how to give him actual eyes in there with how the mask is design. And, naturally, black chest for show accuracy.
A few months in the making but hey. The lot I got which had what I made in the 2nd pic I bought in februrary. Realized how much of him I had a month or 2 back so I bit the bullet and started work on getting his parts. What an absolute nuisance it was to try and find a bricklink seller which had both the dark green outward-connector 2x7, the lime metru waist, and some of the lime 2x7's. So I settled on the dark green waist I found in a local shop's bin. The inika armor covers up the crotch anyway so idc much for making it correct since I can barely see it.
But anyways, nifty set if it weren't for the short comings of the brittle joint disease. Definitely feels the most like what I wished more of the sets were like: Properly organic elements. The weird snake detailed armor and the ribbed detail of the scythe look properly organic. I might end up getting a longer rod for his staff so he can pose better, he's got that rahkshi problem but with the trouble of being trickier to easily pose him around without taking apart his staff.
Code's 171, I think that means it's the Ro-bow chest. I was too late for him, but oh well. One more piece of the puzzle is done
He's missing a toe, but after some more research on the way home, it probably makes him more accurate to have just the 2 claws, along with putting 1 or 2 on the back.
I also think I oughta work on a custom design for his legs that uses some pistons. Dunno why they didn't use them for some better posing. The balljoints just let them shift back and forth, which ig is better for stability, but you have to pop out one of the balljoints for up and down movement which then throws his balance out of whack.
Messing with the set, it felt like there was some big parallels with him and Green Goblin. Green color scheme on him, purple vehicle, and maniacal and reckless personalities. However, speeda's vehicle was a bike. So why not lean into that? I made it using just the parts of the set. I think I did a great job for a novice moc builder considering the limitation of parts.

I've got some pieces to replace tho weirdly. He's missing the shield parts on his shoulders and back, someone gave him a glatorian hand for a replacement which has made it crack, and the strangest part is he's got 2 pearl dark gray shields rather than the 1 for his chest and 2 silver ones. I'm not complaining tho, his aura is still top notch.
Also, am I the only one who's realized how much of a reference to Green Goblin he is? Smiling mask, insane personalities, green body color scheme, and a purple vehicle. If it was a glider he rode instead of a sick electric motorcycle, then it'd prob be a 1:1 match I bet. Also rhe 4 arms gobby didn't have. I have some inspiration now to moc him into Gobby...
...The purple one is with us in spirit. I have parts on the way at least, and I got a slamming deal thanks to the condition of them. I was already getting the Rama for $22 missing their wings and the lime's arm claws, and when I messaged the guy for shipping (since it said he'd ship them assembled and I wanted them separate), he let me on to the fact he had the Jagas in subpar condition. It meant though that he was going to sell them super cheap, and he did.
TLDR, I got both sets for $50 in the end! Before shipping of course. I've already got 3 part orders on the way though, hopefully I can find someone with the rest of the parts. I need one more white claw, the 2 other masks and heads, and one more purple tube for purple's arms if anyone wants to help me out on here ^w^
I bought a lot back in Feburary which had a good amount of the Mahri and extra parts along with a Zesk, and in there was a Gresh Stars that, along with restoring those 3 mahri I got, I've also been restoring this gresh, with some added flare of the original gresh. Before pic is 2nd, and now to today. Think I did a smitten job :3
The "Shiver Leviathans" they are called. I'm so hyped for how they'll be in the final game. Someone was definitely inspired by the Skull crawlers in the Monsterverse films when designing these guys, along with them looking... Strangely angelic in the designs of their fins and tails. I also see some of Sachiel in their head design from Evangelion.
I got him nearly complete in a lot of other HF parts, bakugan, and transformers (2nd picture) and nabbed the rest of the parts I needed from bricks and minifigs outside of another shin piece. Still gonna order the right parts though I do think I like the silver rotors more. Arms are weird too on him but alas. I might try to make them closer to the animation like a lot of other people have done. It's strange that they gave him such abstract arms.
