Attempted clat 2025 question paper as a mock was only able to attempt 108questions jisme se sirf 69 Correct 36 Wrong 4 were withdrawn idk if that's good for someone who haven't started her prep yet ...(Didn't touch full 11 question of quant)....and yesterday night tried 17 ailet english question got 12/17 correct as well ❤️‍🩹

What languages I can get in first round itself and what girl hostel I can get ? Barak, shipra? Like my parents would not let me be in hostel of campus if they don't find that the hostel I will be in is good enough to live comfortably or not ...or else they will force me to live in rental room or pg even if it becomes bit out of budget....

I’m considering joining the \*\*IIT Madras BS in Data Science and Applications\*\* program, and I plan on pursuing it alongside a regular, offline BA in French/Spanish.

I want the absolute, unfiltered truth from seniors who are currently in the BS program or have graduated. Please don't give me the marketing brochure answers. I need to know the reality regarding these 10 points:

1. \*\*Exchange/study abroad opportunities?\*\* Does this program offer any real physical exchange opportunities, or is it strictly self-sourced?

2. \*\*Freelance work opportunities?\*\* How easy is it to get freelance data analyst/dev gigs based purely on what's taught?

3. \*\*Interaction with native speakers/industry peers?\*\* How is the peer-to-peer networking, or do you feel completely isolated?

4. \*\*How many students actually get to study abroad?\*\* Do foreign universities accept this degree for an MS/Ph.D.?

5. \*\*Career scope (Corporate, Tech, Startups)?\*\* What is the market value of this degree right now?

6. \*\*Opportunities in Big Tech, Quant, MNCs?\*\* Do these companies filter out this degree, or do they treat you the same as offline B.Tech grads?

7. \*\*Data Engineer/Analyst career prospects?\*\* Is the curriculum sufficient to land a core data role directly?

8. \*\*Enough time for certifications, seminars, exam preparation?\*\* Or will the weekly qualifiers, quizzes, and end-terms completely consume my life?

9. \*\*What should I focus on in each year (1st-4th)?\*\* What is the survival strategy for each level (Foundation, Diploma, BSc, BS)?

10. \*\*The Dual Degree Combo:\*\* Is doing this intensive IITM BS program alongside a regular BA language degree actually manageable, or am I setting myself up for complete burnout? Does the market even value a "Data Scientist who speaks French/Spanish," or are they two completely disconnected fields?

And after ds and ba I will either pursue masters abroad in top uni or law in top uni abroad!

And atlast I wanna tell why I am planning to do ba in spanish or French

So I am from middle class family and first I was thinking to do bs dara science as a standalone degree after I failed to get into top colleges via neet and iat but because of neet my class 11 and 12 was dummy school and yeah it went brutally bad and isolated and all toxic but atleast I passed boards with 80.6%(91 in eng 96 in bio) and via cuet ug I am getting bca,bsc type course in mid tier college but doing both like bsc or BCA with data science will be very tough for me ig and I want to do something ALONGSIDE with data science which gives me more time to focus on my data science skills and course while getting physical campus environment and a degree which doesnt consume my time and GIVES ME enough time to focus mainly on ds and now talking about money so I can't afford to pay high fees in a degree which I am planning just to do for environment and boost my ds career and jnu BA hons seems great to do alongside with DS because of minimalist fee and top teir 1 college as well I have interest in foreign languages too thats why !

Now please seniors I request I need guidance if I am doing this right will it be worth it?.... honest advice please I am very scared and confused seeing the risks and benefits both

Regarding BA FRENCH/SPANISH

1. Exchange/study abroad opportunities?

4. How many students get to study abroad?

5. Career scope (IR, diplomacy, embassies)?

6. Opportunities in the UN, NATO, etc.?

7. Translator/interpreter career prospects?

9. What should I focus on in each year (1st-3rd)?

10. Also I'm planning to do IIT MADRAS BS DATA SCIENCE alongside SPANISH french will it be fruitful and manageable to do both

So a guy said to me... the most useless something someone can do is foreign language....I was like... should I not do it because almost everyone around me or whoever I hear they all say one thing common BA IN FOREIGN LANGUAGES is most useless and it indicates a person's lowest downfall....like no scope no benefits no job opportunities.....

Guys who are studying and seniors of ba hons in foreign language at jnu what are your thoughts? Because after hearing all demotivation thoughts about this path I am very confused what do students generally end up doing after ba hons in foreign language and why ? And atlast I wanna know why they choose to study foreign language and who should consider Studying in jnu ba hons if he or she is getting selected? And one thing more the bad image about jnu spread because of protests and all 😭 !!!! How will our parents even be convinced to send their daughter other state too far from home where protest and all things (hostel infrastructure....) are making it hard......

Now what I do where do I go idk I am fucking very confused my father was saying to take a drop and prepare for clat 2027!!! My mom is saying take a drop for neet 2027 and I am saying to myself look buddy you got enough marks to get in jnu ba hons in foreign language get that and do iit madras bs data science online course along with that make good skills and build something! But now I am very fucking confused after my downfall don't know what to do why to do how to do even .......for more info I took dummy school after tenth for neet prep but it went very very bad that I and my family was thinking I would fail even boards so neet was very far away and in 11th depression so peak that I had tried to.......yk!!!

NEET UG (May 3). Scored 186/720 in the original NEET (240 raw) and around 190/720 in today's re-NEET (236 raw), but honestly I'm completely done with NEET and not considering another attempt. (Being honest it was my first attempt couldn't actually prepared for neet UG in class 11th and 12th so should I give it a serious proper attempt my family is saying I scored this at zero than I should give a serious attempt but I am confused what to do?)

But I am confused should I take a drop year for neet or this →My plan is JNU BA (Hons.) (probably Spanish/Chinese) + IIT Madras BS Data Science online. After spending two years in dummy school, I want a real campus life while pursuing something I actually enjoy.

What should be actually done? Help me 😭
