Always have problems with my headphones becoming async or popping, my guess is that the problem is this warning:

"The local adapter does not provide support for an important Low Energy controller state for supporting the Peripheral mode. The minimum required supported status mask is 0x2491f7fffff, the available one is 0x1fffffff. No function is available for the Peripheral role “Low Energy”."

How do I fix this? And is this really the cause? I have no problems with async or popping when I use my Sony WF 1000-XM5, but with my JBL Live Beam 3 it happens...
