Archie and his new bed.

We had to upgrade him to a custom size because he outgrew the largest size in the Etsy shop. He’s thicc.

Sooo, this was pretty much the gist of bonding session #2.

They just sat there like this. Archie (left) got a little bitey after that. We separated them and they both laid back down. Then Archie started eating some greens. We decided to end it there. Session #3 this evening after dinner.

This little guy woke me at 6am because he wanted cuddles. I can’t even be mad about it.

This little guy is being neutered right now!

One step closer to him meeting Theo. 💙

* Edit: He’s out of surgery and awake now. I’m picking him up later this afternoon.

Here’s my other big boy, Theo!

He’s a six-year-old Flemish Giant. He came to us at 1 year old because his family had a lot on their plate and couldn’t give him what he needed at that time. He’s just the sweetest, bestest boy.

All I wanted was to sleep in this morning.

He was tired of waiting for morning cuddles.

If you have a rabbit that likes to sandwich himself between things, I highly recommend these beds!

I noticed that Archie loved to squeeze between things to rest. I knew these beds existed so I bought one with the hope that he would use it. They’re not exactly cheap (IMO anyway) but I gave it a try and he LOVES it. He spends most of his day lounging on it. He’s only 5 months old right now so I’ll probably need to request a custom order when he’s fully grown (He’s a Flemish Giant), but it’s worth it when he loves it so much.

I bought this one from SleepSweetPetBeds on Etsy. It is great quality, the sides are really stuffed, and it’s machine washable.

(I don’t know the owner of this shop. I’m not affiliated in any way, and I don’t get anything for recommending them. I just really am happy with this bed. And so is Archie.)

Another summer, another “Pool Guy” saga.

Every year this guy posts the pool rules sign, complains about people playing in the pool, and takes photos of the kids who are breaking the rules by having unapproved toys or floaties. People have been increasingly agitated by him. I told my husband last summer that things were escalating and shit was gonna start going down soon.

Has anyone made a sensory garden for their dog?

I saw a post on Pinterest that got me interested in this. I told my husband earlier that I wanted something to do. Crafty. Working with my hands. This would definitely be something I’d like to do if they can benefit from it. I’m about to do a deep dive but was just wondering if anyone else has any info/thoughts on it.

Pics of my guys “helping” me set up the guest bed.

The eagle has landed!

Archie’s second testicle decided to show up to the party. I scheduled that neuter appointment so fast! In two weeks we’ll be one step closer to introducing him to Theo!

I woke up to this cutie’s whiskers in my face!

Once I woke up and rolled over onto my side he stretched out against me and we snuggled for a while.

Foraging fun with Theo!

I should have torn the paper into smaller pieces but I was excited to get it together. I may just take it out entirely and just have the balls.
