Hey, y'all. I need help finding a decently big Australian band that released an album around 2014-2016. They weren't massive but they weren't small either.

I remember one music video starts off with soft sounds, video of them on a camping trip, then as the song gets heavier they're playing near the camp site or something of that nature. I think that was the one single instrumental track on the album. The album also started off with a brutal track about a minute and a half long.

Just straight up 2010s Metalcore.

I know it's not In Hearts Wake, I thought it was them at first... My brain brings me to the word Earth??? But that could be misleading.

I've become disconnected from the local Alt music scene, and can't seem to stay informed about upcoming shows. What platform do y'all use to stay connected?

I'm mostly interested in Metal, Hardcore, and Pop-Punk, or just Alt music in general.

Please, when will these go down in price??? I've been waiting years and years to buy the DLC on my phone, but over $100 CAD is fucking INSANE. Civ 6 Mobile has been out for almost a full decade, I bought the complete game on Steam for $15 nearly 5 years ago, and even Civ 7 has been out for almost a year and a half.

How can they seriously expect people to pay $100 for 2 DLC's just because it's on mobile? That doesn't even include the leaders, which would push it to almost $175!

... All I have left to say is, Wtf?????

Edit: Did the exact math, and it $203.27 CAD to buy the full game... I GOT THE BASE GAME FOR $5... 9 years after release, how does this make any sense??

Hey! I'm trying to put together a Bilmuri influenced band in the greater Toronto/Hamilton area, but I've been struggling to find anyone interested, so I figured I should go to a Bilmuri fan hotspot!

The song on Spotify I linked above was my previous band where I did all vocals and wrote all the music, and I'd like to start a new band in this Bilmuri type style. I'll include a demo on Soundcloud down below, too.

Hey, I'm a guitarist from Hamilton and I'm looking to put together a fun Hardcore Beatdown band in the vein of Varials, Knocked Loose, and other related bands/genres.

The goals of this project would be to write a 5 song EP by summer, play shows by autumn, and record/release said EP by winter.

Equipment requirements would be either a 7 or 8 string, or baritone guitar, and a 5 or 6 string bass. Also, the ability to jam in Hamilton.
