I contacted Nintendo about Pokémon Home support. Their customer service is seriously bad
Nintendo could not give me an answer. The nice woman I spoke to clearly knew nothing about the actual products on the switch. I told her that when I bought LG, the promised home support was a big factor. I mentioned that the product description changed. She told me the only surefire way to solve the problem was to talk to Pokémon support.
I just got my ticket responded to and Pokémon support said that only Nintendo support could answer my questions.
I really just wanted to know if and when Home would be usable with Leaf Green. I’m quite frustrated due to what I’ve said and the conflicting information online.
