I just purchased this 2023 Pro4X. It has 87000 miles on it. Just looking for some advice on things to look out for or any knowledge about Titans from people who actually own and drive them.

Did a smoked Picanha and some chicken thighs. Both turned out amazing.

Marshall Design Works - Graviton “Void” edition. This thing is insane! I picked this up because it was on sale as a blemish version. I’m not so sure they didn’t mess up and send me an unblemished version. Because I’ll be damned if I can find any issues cosmetically with this thing. The knife is OEM’d by Kubey and it is perfection. Can be front flipped and reverse flicked. Everything besides the purple haze CF scales is DLC coated. There aren’t many left on their website. If you’ve looked at them and weren’t sure cause they are a new company… buy with confidence! I can’t wait to see what they do next!!!

So I’m smoking some beef ribs (first time). They have been on the smoker for about 2.5hrs @ 250°. I’m trying to hit an internal of 175° before I wrap them. I’ve hit a bit of a stall at 164°. Should I just ride it out or do I need to take the temp up some? Or do I just pull them now and wrap them?

My former employer bought me this knife as a going away gift (very appreciative). But I hate the fact they got my name out on the blade. Is there any way to remove it without ruining the cerakote? It’s on the surface not etched into the cerakote.

The more I carry this the more I’m loving it. When I first got it I was like, it’s cool but it’s pretty basic. I’ve been carrying it for a week now and it’s really grown on me. For those not in the know it’s the Sharknivco Waka clone by Lemifshe. They are crazy cheap for the materials and fit and finish. I recommend picking one up.

Olitans Gecko w/green shred CF scales and a SLD Magic San Mai blade. Action on this thing is absolutely phenomenal. And the looks are second to none. My only nit pick would be, it could be a little larger. The blade shape and profile would work great for a larger overall knife. All in all, extremely happy with the purchase.
