New to the firm, can we upload documents from clients to sidekick for further analysis? Or do we need to anonymize it before uploading? As that is too much work

I will be soon off to sikkim next week and been deciding outfits in advance. I had a visions but now it seems to me that it all looks very similar. I dont know how it will come out on putting it all together. Any ideas/ feedback are highly appreciated.

Yellow top, brown leather jacket, BROWN KAPDE WALA BELT or belly belt, denim, jewellery
Outfit 3
Brown top, black jacket, denim, purse, maybe bandana
Outfit 4
Varsity jacket and black top , nike shorts or grey joggers and long socks+sambas

Planning a trip in Sikkim in first week of june (4th to 8th)
What would be good places to go to? as we will only be there for a few days, we do not want to risk getting stuck in rain! So needed some genuine advice.

I joined as an fth analyst, and will soon be up for conversion. Do we get bonus on conversion? As while joining as an fth we are not given any additional bonus/ incentives apart from the fixed salary. And also will the compensation too be up for negotiation during conversion?
