She’s 7 weeks and this is a Didymos prima

My shoulders feel pulled and my neck kinda hurts so I’m guessing I didn’t do something right

Please help my back out!! I’ve never been a fan of baby wearing because my back and shoulders have always hurt. Turns out ny 4th baby is only happy being worn or snuggled up next to me in bed so I’ve been forced to figure out a comfortable carry which has led me to woven wraps.

I spend so much time tightening the wrap but my shoulders and back end up hurting. Sometimes I’ve gotten it so tight it cuts under my arm pits yet I still have slack and pain. My biggest trouble now is getting the middle rails tight. No matter what I do I seem to have excessive slack once she’s in and pain. And then even when I don’t have slack I end up with discomfort.

Currently I am doing strand by strand starting with the top rail of the inner crossed panel. I do a L tighten of both sides, then tighten one side strand by strand starting with the top rail, hold it between my legs and do the other side. Then I hold both panels in one hand under baby and go back through each side to tighten any slack while lifting baby up. I do a double twist under her bum then cross in the back and tie up front.

Baby is currently 7 weeks and I’m using a Didymos prima size 6 (which is think might be a bit big for me)

The past two days I look soo much bigger especially in my rib area. Any idea what could cause this? (Not bloated this is first thing in the morning)

I started doing diaphragmatic breathing, heel slides and glute bridges a week and a half ago. Two days ago I increased to leg lifts side lying, and trying out dead bugs heel taps which were really hard.

My son requested a Mario cart cake for his birthday. All the figures were hand sculpted out of modeling chocolate and 100% edible!

Everything was homemade from scratch: strawberry cake filled with strawberry IMBC, topped with handmade homemade fondant figures and homemade chocolate Ganache

Not a sculptor at all but my baby asked for a Kirby cake for his birthday lol.
