Normal?
Just received this Longines Flagship Heritage MoonPhase and absolutely love it. With that said, I have a question for the group. When I take the watch off my wrist and hold it in my hand, I can hear the rotor rattling inside the case. The watch is authentic, brand new, and operating perfectly, but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this sound when rotating their watch.

TROUTDALE FAILURE
The Troutdale FedEx facility is a complete joke. It is the place where packages go to die. I’m not even mad anymore. I’m just mystified at how an organization built on efficiency cannot find a way to resolve the complete failure taking place in their Troutdale facility. Make it make sense? A retailer package it through Troutdale and arise from California in two days. The package then sits in Troutdale for almost 3 weeks before moving arriving in its final destination in Anchorage two days after moving. The package arrives crushed torn and and in spite of numerous complaints filed with customer service the recipient a single phone call or email to address their concerns. Not to mention the fact that the only way to actually get rather than the AI driven responses is to claim that the FedEx driver has run into your property or hit your car. That gets attention immediately.
