I grew up in Florida and always dressed in basketball shorts and t shirts. I’m now in my mid thirties and want to start dressing like a man instead of a boy. I would love some recommendations of clothing brands that are more grown, but don’t necessarily break the bank.

I can spend a little more if it’s good quality, or will last me a long time. I don’t mind that. But I’m definitely on a budget. Thanks in advance fellas

Btw, I now live I Massachusetts, and I work as a Corporate AV Technician. My work dress code is all black pants (jeans are fine) and black collard shirts

Revolution doesn’t wait. Neither do we

Welcome to r/drowninginplastic — the frontline of a growing political and social revolution against the plastic crisis that is literally poisoning our planet and our bodies.
We are drowning in plastic. It’s in our oceans, our soil, our food, our bloodstreams, and even our brains. This man-made catastrophe is fueling cancers, diseases, and environmental collapse, yet corporations and governments continue pumping out billions of tons of the stuff every year. Single-use plastics — straws, bags, containers, packaging — aren’t just convenient conveniences; they’re a toxic joke with deadly consequences.
This is not a polite discussion club. This is a movement demanding immediate action:
• A national (and global) emergency declaration on plastic pollution
• An immediate ban on all non-essential plastic production
• Aggressive phase-outs and replacements with truly sustainable alternatives
• Radical shifts in laws, industry practices, consumer habits, and policy
We refuse to accept slow “progress” while microplastics accumulate in our children’s bodies. Here we expose the truth, share hard-hitting research, organize campaigns, amplify solutions, and build unstoppable pressure for real systemic change. No greenwashing. No excuses. No surrender.
If you’re tired of watching plastic take over the world and you’re ready to fight for a future where humanity stops choking on its own waste, join the revolution. Post, discuss, mobilize, and act. The plastic age must end — and it starts with us.

Revolution doesn’t wait. Neither do we.
