How are prices worked out ?

Help with case please
Hello I bought a yoga 7i aura edition 16" today and need a good case. I like the Lenovo 16" sleeve but I heard it's a snug fit so I was wondering if anyone knew where I can get a case that is similar to this one but is not as snug.😁

Please help
I bought a pair of vintage jean shorts from vinted and it had a rip which was repaired but today a small rip appeared after the first wear and I researched dry rot and tested the back which is fine but the front ripped with barely any effort. If I sew up the holes and put loads of small denim patches on the inside then will that fix the dry rot because I spent 30f on these and it's annoyed me that I may not be able to wear them
