Did a lot of research on headphones Between TB 700's, Razer Blackshark V3, and these. These ended up having the best reviews

Ive been rocking these earbuds for years. I sp enjoy them. However recently I've noticed that the ability to play/pause a song sometimes doesn't work. Along with the ability to skip songs or go back to the previous song. I went into the Bose app to try and find the issue only to find these shortcuts completely removed from the app.

However, they wont ship, you can only pickup in their store in CO which won't work for me.

Trying to remove the SD card but it won't budge Remove safety is also grayed out
