MOTS-C dosage & reconstitution

Hey everyone, quick question about reconstituting MOTS-C.

If I have a 10mg vial and I plan to do two weekly doses of 2.5mg each, does it make sense to add only 1mL of bacteriostatic water? My thought was that a smaller volume would make dosing easier and keep injection volume low, but I’m not sure if there’s any downside regarding accuracy or practicality.

With 1mL added, 2.5mg would be 0.25mL (25 units on an insulin syringe), which seems straightforward. Am I missing something, or would you recommend using more BAC water instead?

Curious how others handle this.

Tall guy lean bulk strategy: mini cuts every time BF creeps up – does it work at 6'5"?

Hey everyone,

Looking for some honest feedback from other tall naturals.

Stats: 197 cm (6'5"), 98.1 kg (216 lbs). Started now a cut aiming for 94-95 kg (207-209 lbs) at 11-12% by mid july, then 3 weeks reverse into maintenance through August.

Background that matters: for the last couple years my total T was on the low end. Not medical, just lifestyle – bad sleep (5-6h), high work stress, and heavy drinking on weekends. I cleaned that up about a month ago. Sleep 7.5-8h now, stress managed, alcohol cut to basically one moderate night.

Training 4 days upper/lower, been consistent for years. Best lifts are not crazy – incline DB 40kg x8, squat 170x5, RDL 175x6, weighted pull ups +25kg x6.

Plan from here: after the reverse I want to do a proper lean bulk with mini cuts, not a dirty bulk. Idea is gain 0.15-0.25% BW per week, then when waist is up ∼3cm or I lose upper ab visibility, do a 3-5 week mini cut and repeat. Goal for summer 2027 is to be around 96-98 kg (212-216 lbs) at 10-12%, and long term I’m curious if 110 kg (242 lbs) lean is even feasible natural at my height.

Questions:

  1. For guys 6'4"+ who have done lean bulk + mini cut cycles, did you actually stay lean enough to avoid long cuts, or did you just spin wheels?

  2. Is 110 kg at 12-15% a realistic lifetime ceiling natural at 197 cm, or should I set my sights on 105 kg lean and call it a win?

  3. With the low T history now fixed for only a month, how long did it take you to notice real recovery, strength and libido coming back after fixing sleep/alcohol?

Any experience from tall lifters appreciated. Pics are current front/back/side if needed, can post in comments.

Thanks.

Can these peptides be mixed in the same syringe?

Hey everyone, quick question about peptide mixing.

Is it safe/common to combine multiple peptides in the same syringe before inject the lab rat, or should they always be kept separate?

Current stack is:

- GHK-Cu

- CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin combo

- Retatrutide

- MOTS-c

I’m mainly wondering about compatibility/stability and whether mixing them could reduce effectiveness or increase irritation/risk.

Would appreciate hearing from anyone with experience or knowledge on this. Thanks!

Enclomiphene at the end of a cut / start of reverse diet to preserve strength?

I’m a powerbuilding athlete and every year when I do a pretty aggressive cut to get leaner, I notice the same pattern: strength drops hard toward the end, recovery gets worse, gym performance tanks, and I suspect I’m probably losing more muscle than I’d like too.

I’m about to start another cut and I’m already thinking ahead to the final phase / reverse diet period. Since prolonged low calories and getting leaner can temporarily crash testosterone for some people, I was wondering if using enclomiphene at a very low dose near the end of the cut (or right when starting the reverse diet) could make sense.

I’m thinking something conservative like 6.25mg M/W/F — not trying to run a full PED protocol or push crazy levels, more just trying to avoid feeling hormonally wrecked while bringing calories back up.

Main goal would be preserving strength, recovery, libido, and as much muscle mass as possible during that transition phase.

Has anyone here experimented with this approach? Did it genuinely help, or is proper nutrition/recovery enough once calories come back up?

For context: I’m a powerbuilding athlete coming off ~1 year of lean bulking and I’m about to start a cutting phase. I’m not obese and I’m not looking for massive appetite suppression or rapid weight loss.

What I’m mainly interested in is:

- improving metabolic parameters / insulin sensitivity

- enhancing fat oxidation and nutrient partitioning

- making the cut more efficient while preserving muscle mass and strength

- potentially getting some of the glucagon-related benefits of reta

One important thing: I actually don’t want to kill my hunger. Performance in the gym matters a lot to me and I still need to push food around training sessions.

I’m wondering if ultra-low dosing could provide some body composition/metabolic benefits without the “can’t eat / no energy” side effects people get at higher doses.

Has anyone here tried 0.5mg or 1mg/week specifically for athletic cutting or recomposition rather than obesity treatment? Curious about:

- training performance

- recovery

- strength retention

- appetite impact

- resting HR/cardio fitness

- actual fat loss differences

Would love to hear real-world experiences.

I’m currently starting a cut and already added CJC + ipamorelin during a month maintenance diet.

I’m trying to figure out what would make the most sense to support fat loss while preserving lean mass. Specifically looking at BAM-15, SLU-PP-332, 5-amino-1MQ, or potentially other options.

What I’m most unsure about is timing within the cut:

- Does it make more sense to introduce these at the beginning to push the deficit early?

- In the middle phase when fat loss typically slows down?

- Or toward the end, when energy levels drop and things get harder?

If anyone has experience using these in a similar context, I’d be really interested in:

- Real impact on hunger, energy, and training performance

- Whether they actually helped preserve muscle mass

- If it’s better to stick to one compound or rotate/use different ones across phases

Not looking for dosages—more about overall strategy and when to use what.

Ciao a tutti,

- Welfare e fringe benefit (buoni pasto, assicurazione sanitaria, smart working, auto aziendale, ecc.)

- Work-life balance e cultura aziendale

Ciao a tutti,
