Day 5 of new first tattoo - still no sign of peeling or any sort of change in the look since appointment, just a bit rough. Is there a chance it just doesn’t peel and stays as is?

What went wrong this game?
Decided to queue up during work hours (my fault I know) and ended up with this completed board on around 4-5, I proceeded to lose every round after it with my jhin barely being able to kill anything until I went dead last.
I’m a consistent master/gm player more or less every set but something just isn’t clicking for me. In this game in particular does anything egregious stand out? I felt like I didn’t play too poorly but something for sure went wrong with my board set up.
Any help would be appreciated:))
