Incep eu, am 1.82m, 87 de kg, scolioza usoara si probleme destul de grave cu durerile cervicale, deci la mine fiecare scaun il simt direct in inima. 😄🤝

X3 F25 cu scaune standard: masina mea actuala, scaune foarte late, bune si daca esti mic si daca ai o statura mare, suport asupra coloanei bun spre foarte bun, fermitate potrivita, faptul ca sunt scaune de suv te fac sa stai mai putin aplecat, ceea ce poate nu e ideal pentru orice corp, dar la mine functioneaza mai bine decat scaunele de sedan.

BMW X3 E83 cu scaune sport: a fost ceva absolut incredibil, am mers in vacanta pana in Corfu si la intoarcere am stat pasager peste 20 de ore, am ajuns a doua zi la 6 dimineata si m-am ridicat din scaun fara pic de durere, a fost precum scaunul de Audi, dar cu suport lateral si mai bun. Sunt putin de tot mai inguste decat cele de la F25-ul meu, dar nu am stat niciodata intr-un scaun care sa combine confortul si sustinerea corpului atat de bine.

As a Naut/Leona/Rakan player I found the Rell playstyle very clunky, also based a Lux-Vayne which further exacerbated the fact I played like total ass.

Now on the flipside, I found her kit quite strong, the stun on her Q is basically an instant cast, her E and R are nice engage tools, she seems both tanky and decent at fighting, so missing an engage early doesn’t result in being instantly dead.

However I could never get used to how her W works, it’s so incredibly slow and low range and coming from fast paced engagers it seems like I have to fight bots to get a proper W onto the enemy. She basically just walks up to the enemy and has to press Q or R to hit her W.

My questions are:

1. How are you supposed to position with Rell into both ranged and melee match-ups?
2. What are her powerspikes and who can you generally fight and which supports/ADCs should you avoid fighting like plague?
3. How do you get her combo off easier, especially in match-ups where getting onto the enemy is difficult?
4. When should I pick her and what are her best support synergies?

Ma confrunt cu o situatie, am cumparat casa noua, bransament facut, teava trasa pana in casa, centrala montata.

Teoretic ATR-ul era deja iesit pe dezvoltator, dar eu am cumparat casa inainte sa monteze contoarele nestiind ca o schimbare de proprietare inseamna refacere de la 0 a cererii de aviz tehnic de racordare.

Dezvoltatorul a zis ca n are rost sa monteze contoarele inainte de cumparare, ca sa iasa totul pe numele meu din prima. Habar n-am daca a fost rau intentionat sau doar nu a realizat, dar e irelevant acum.

Si asa ma gasesc in situatia de 0 luna nu am gaz cand trebuia sa am deja totul montat la gata.

Acum va intreb pe voi, voua in cat timp v-a iesit un aviz tehnic de racordare, cine se ocupa de ele si unde pot suna? (Cazul meu Covaci, Sanandrei).

Si dupa ce iese ATR-ul, cu ce furnizor sa merg? By default am facut cererea prin Gaz Vest S.A. Habar n-am ce preturi au, cat de seriosi sunt, stiu doar ca am sunat de 3 ori la doamna care mi-a trimis cererea de racordare la semnat si platit taxa, ea mi-a spus ca mai departe nu stie cine aproba ATR-ul si in cat timp, dar imi spune imediat cand iese.

Actual true story, am mers azi la service sa bag ulei in tigaie dupa implinirea intervalului sfant de 10000 de km.

Ma baga in seama un nene de 60+ si primul lucru pe care mi-l zice e ca BMW-urile sunt stricacioase. Il intreb eu frumos, pai cum asa, ce experiente ati avut cu ele.

Si incepe omul meu, nu nu stai ca el il stie personal pe seful regional de la Bavaria Timisoara, domnul Kraft si i-a spus lui personal cand erau la masa ca BMW pune nspe mii de senzori pe masina si sunt oameni de isi iau BMW-uri de dau 50000-60000 de euro pe ele, chiar domnul Kraft a patit pe un X6 de i s-a stricat un senzor pe motor si a trebuit sa dea 2700 de euro sa il inlocuiasca pe original =)))))

Dupa imi spune de fii-su care are un Mercedes din 2011, lucreaza in automotive si se cunoaste personal cu directorul de calitate la nivel global al Mercedes, un tip negru care a absolvit facultatea in domeniul auto cu nota 10 :)))

Si ca directorul asta de calitate ii spune lui fii-su cum masinile Mercedes merita luate doar pana in 2006 ca dupa au facut praf motoarele dupa legendarul 2.2.
Tot acelasi director de calitate ii spune ca daca vrea o masina calumea una dintre cele mai bune recomandari pe care i le poate face e tot Honda CRV diesel 2.2.

Evident, dupa recomandarea domnului director de calitate omul meu ce putea sa aduca la schimbul de ulei, un Honda CR-V 2.2 diesel din 2013

Il intreb cum merge masina, cum s-a comportat de cand o aveti. Absolut impecabil, a trebuit sa ii schimb in 100000 de km doar niste bucse si brate pe fata (deci ma jur ca asta cu bucsele am auzit-o la fiecare posesor de masina 'ímpecabila').

Il intreb, dar cat consuma. 7% in ambuteiaj la ora de varf in oras mare (Timisoara) ca asa ii arata lui calculatorul de bord si 6% extern. Asta dupa ce omul meu ia consumul mediu din bord cum el sta la casa si realist 40% din km aia de 7% sunt externi :)))

Dupa il mai intreb alte probleme ati mai avut cu ea. Ah, pai a trebuit sa ii demontez filtrul de particule ca merg numa in oras cu ea si mi s-a infundat. Am zis sa ma bata mama cand il aud.

Ma gandesc sa il anulez ca stiu eu un baiat, mai pun dupa la ITP acolo o mica atentie si totul ok. Il intreb daca va prinde filtrul RAR ce faceti? Pai nu nu ca stiu eu un baiat de nu il scoate de tot, il anuleaza el acolo sa nici nu iti dai seama.

Dupa faptul ca fii-su a dat mail la Honda Japonia sa ii intrebe ce fel de ulei e cel mai bun pentru motoarele lor. Dupa imi arata omul meu niste ulei de motor 5w-30 de la o firma de personal nu am auzit de ea, Eneos, aproape 600 de lei pe 6l. Ca asta e uleiul recomandat oficial de Honda si ca iti scade consumul cu pana la 1% :)))

Dupa incheie apoteotic cum in viata tre sa fii bine conectat si ca el stie prin Timisoara un baiat de aduce anvelope aproape noi de la branduri premium pe marimi mari si ultima tura a dat 600 de lei pe 4 anvelope Bridgestone putin folosite, aproape noi de SUV =))))

Deci atata megalomanie intr-o singura conversatie nu am mai intalnit de mult. A bifat omul meu toate casutele, om super conectat, elitist diesel vechi, 10000 de km pe an in oras cu diesel, masina impecabila, filtru de particule pregatit de anulare si lasa ca stiu eu cate un baiat bun la toate.

Context, ma uit sa imi schimb masina in urmatorul an.

Actual conduc un BMW cu ZF8HP. Este prima mea automata si o conduc de aproape 2 ani. Masina este ok per total, am anumite nemultumiri la ea legate de costuri si as vrea o alta marca mai putin premium.

Acum revenind la discutia despre automate, eu am luat masina la 281k si acum are 326k. Cutia ZF este intradevar incredibil de robusta. In 45000 de km condusi nu am simtit nicio schimbare de comportament, am facut o diagnoza a adaptarilor cutiei si desi exista anumite compensari are timpilor de cuplare care sa indice uzura, este departe de valorile la care software-ul ar baga cutia in avarie.
Plus avand in vedere istoricul de servisare sunt sanse foarte mare sa am cutia pe uleiul original de acum 16 ani.
Cel mai probabil uleiul vechi cu impuritati trece mai greu prin solenoizii mecatronicului si genereaza acele adaptari.

Si daca ar pica maine cutia (doamne fereste), tot pot spune ca a fost o cutie fiabila sa ajunga la kilometrii astia fara pic de mentenanta, dar dupa cum se comporta pare ca mai duce mult de acum. In general am auzit lucruri bune despre cati kilometri duce aceasta cutie.

Acum eu am o mare frica de automate in general pentru ca am auzit povesti horror ce implica costuri de reparatie de 3000-4000 de euro, cutii care pica sub 100k, ceea ce mi se pare ireal. Ar fii singura mea reticenta, BMW chiar face unele din cele mai bune automate de pe piata.

Presupunand ca nu am un buget mare, ca as fii nevoit sa iau o masina mai veche sau cu mai multi km? Voi pe ce automate v-ati baza? Ce ati condus de-a lungul timpului si cum s-au comportat? Au necesitat reparatii?

I am a Gold 1 player looking to improve and wanted some advice on how to handle situations where I am playing passive and scared due to not trusting my teammates to properly follow or to properly fight a skirmish/teamfight.

For context my champions pool usually extends to 8-9 champs (Naut, Leona, Braum, Rakan, Yuumi, Karma, Nami, Lulu, Sona), but by far my most played is Naut and in general I favor engage tanks over squishies as it suits my style better.

My problem is there are reccuring patterns in my matches that end up outright losing me lane or key teamfights late game.

Just today I had a Yuumi-Ashe botlane facing MF-Lux. Level 5, I pinged my Ashe to back off because MF had a Dirk already and Ashe had no items yet, I aggressively pinged for 30 seconds straight and even told her in the chat MF will kill her if she stays. She does exactly what you expect next. Did this one more time at lv.6, effectively killing the lane for good.

Another game, facing Vayne-Leona on Smolder-Yuumi, lv.8 we were both full HP, Vayne was half HP from constant poke. Smolder has been eating Leona E’s for breakfast the whole game but somehow managed to not die once. This time I pinged him to let Leona engage him and turn on Vayne since he had a full item and we had massive HP advantage. This time he purposely walks back and avoids trading. Vayne resets, completes 1st item, Smolder gets caught in a bad spot, dies, they snowball the lane from there combined with the other lanes losing, game is over.

Another almost clockwork issue, they pick short range ADC (Kaisa, Sivir, Lucian, Twitch) or not even short range (Ashe, Cait), I am on an engage tank with no agency lv.1, they lose half their HP from poke from behind minion wave. I type them from base to not get poked very early until I can get a level and start engaging properly, 70% of the time they are half HP before lv.2. Then we get pushed in and bullied for the rest of the lane if it’s a long range botlane.

Another incredibly frustrating scenario, in late game teamfights I am playing the disruptor, sitting in the middle of the fight, slowing or stunning all their carries (sometimes 1 vs 3) and staying alive long enough for my backline to kill their frontline. Yet so many times I am holding 3 people from doing any significant damage to my other 4 and they are losing 2 vs 3 or 2 vs 4.

Other times I am getting great engage angles on their carries and my team wobbles around at the edge of the fight or at other times even farms waves when a teamfight is starting.

I am not making a post to complain, I am aware at this rank that I am making a lot of mistakes myself, at other times I am being carried while I am the one doing poorly.

But there are so many times I feel I am not trusting my own judgement because what is a obvious good play turns out into a disaster due to unjustified passive play from my team or senseless coordination.

Especially when playing engage support there are so many plays, some risky, that I know I want to make and avoid because I will not trust my team to not leave me for dead.

Enchanters don’t fit my playstyle because my positioning is bad sometimes and I am not good at protecting myself or my ADC into heavy engage and assassins.

And I am not playing mages because I am straight terrible with them mechanically.

Pana acum nu m-a impresionat mai nimic din Timisoara sa fiu sincer de 2 ani de cand stau. Am mancat mai mult din zona de Nord a orasului.

O sa enumar din ele:

1. Gyros Box Dumbravita: nu chiar shaorma, dar un gyros cu ingrediente foarte bune, pret mic, atata ca si portia mica. Probabil cea mai buna per total un 9/10
2. Usta Donner (din ambele locatii): cam un 7/10, cinstita, pret ok, nu ma impresioneaza cu nimic la gust
3. Eat Station Dumbravita: 5-6/10 am prins o bucata de carne de pui cruda, prima data de patesc asta, iar shaorma in sine foarte foarte mid, in special sosurile. Portia iar mica, cred ca real e mai usoara shaorma decat scrie in meniu :))
4. Sis Kebab Lipovei: Calitate-pret putin peste Usta. Cam la fel de buna, ceva mai ieftina, mai ales ca au reduceri dese pe Bolt
5. El Egyptian langa Iulius: 8/10, o shaorma peste medie pentru fata de ce am mancat, putin uleioase legumele coapte, dar carnea, sosurile, lipia bune. Minus e putin cam scumpa avand in vedere locatia si calitatea
6. Walid Torontalului: 6/10, nu stiu daca am nimerit eu prost, asteptam o shaorma cu multe gusturi altfel, tahini, rodie, vita, mi s-a parut destul de lipsita de gust. Si iar portie foarte mica pentru pretul cerut. Si au 4.9/5 pe Maps
7. Shaorma 100%: am luat o data la 12 noaptea cand aveau rulaj mare direct de la ei, foarte buna, am luat alta data prin Bolt, am zis ca mor cata maioneza au pus si cat de rau mi s-a facut dupa ea, cea mai rea experienta cu o shaorma vreodata :)))
8. Afghan Donner: probabil ma voi mai intoarce la ei pe viitor, ingrediente bune all round, vita lor e kebab (tocata), dar chiar gustoasa, puiul la fel destul de bun, cam un 8-8.5/10

Voi unde mancati si ce am ratat bun pana acum? :))

Ma uitam sa fac cu sotia un cont comun unde sa ne punem toate economiile.

Momentan fiecare isi incaseaza salariul la alta banca si avem un Revolut shared unde punem o suma de bani pentru cheltuieli lunare.

Am vrea la aceeasi banca sa avem aceeasi structura, cont comun, cont de economii clasic si depozite la termen. Sa fie toata structura vizibila pentru amandoi.

Ma gandeam sa ii fac împuternicire cu ING Together si cand ia salariul sa il puna direct de pe Raiffaissen in ING la mine (are momentan obligatia de la munca sa primeasca pe Raiff salariul intai).

Care banca ofera cea mai buna si simpla solutie sa fie vizibila toata structura (cont curent, de economii si depozite) si care sa aiba si dobanzi bune la depozite?

Lucrez de acasa si am ceva timp liber mort in fiecare zi. Sunt curios daca stiti site-uri de tip microtasks, ceva ce se poate face de acasa, pe PC, indiferent daca platesc chiar si cu cativa euro pe ora doar sa treaca timpul.
