Custom made Pullup counter

Hey Everyone,

I wanted to up my game on doing pull ups on my pullup bar installed in my bedroom.

First i searched for a pullup counter on the internet. Could not find any such product.

Then i thought let’s just make one, and i ended up making one with a basic robotic kit and writing a code for it. Then, designed a case and 3D printed it.

The sensor automatically counts a pull-up when my head reaches near it.

It turned out amazing, it even motivates me to keep the counter going up as i have installed motivating sound on every 10 pullups and a special sound on every 50.

Help me explain recovery

Can anyone help me explain this recovery thing on Garmin. I am new to Garmin watches, just graduated from apple watch series 8.

Does this mean i am not supposed to do any workouts for 71 hours?

Because i am used to working out daily.

Do you all take this recovery thing seriously?

Can i withdraw full amount?

Getting a bit confused with the new rules.
I have my 3.5 lakhs PF accumulated . I want to withdraw full amount.
Left job 3 years back. Doing business since then.
Total service is 9 years plus.

While withdrawing Pf, do i need to attach Form 121?
Or there will be 10% TDS cut when i withdraw full amount.

Some videos i saw, they are saying, if service is 5 yrs plus, no need to attach Form 121

As the title suggests. How many of you small and mid level businesses are using AI or automation in your day to day operations? Or are you still employee dependent?

If any of you can share an example case study, it would be a great help for this community.
