How to become independent as a man?

I’m 21/M, law undergrad. Throughout my life I’ve lived with my parents and even my law school is in my hometown (state capital).
I intend to move to the national capital for a month independently for internship to acquire skills of living independently and exposure. However, at the same time, I don’t want to be a burden on my parents.
How to live independently? What will be the challenges?

21/M - (Chandigarh, India) Looking for penpals

Hello fellas!
I hope you are doing great.
I am a law student from Chandigarh, India. (21/M)

Looking for a serious and regular penpal with whom I can forge genuine friendship.

My interests and hobbies: Reading (fiction and non fiction), writing, politics, literature, international relations, history, tech, defence, watching thrillers and sitcoms, music (Beatles, Sinatra, Bollywood,), cricket, culture, theology, etc.

Although I prefer someone from the same age bracket, I won’t mind anyone younger or elder.
Lately I’ve been wondering about life and people a lot.

Besides that I don’t think I’ve much to add. The remaining specifics, I believe, you would love to read in my letter.

I have the honour &c.

How to be masculine?

I’m a nerd young guy. Skinny and short-height. Not very athletic. Don’t know much sports to play and all - watch a couple of them. Kinda feel bad sometimes.
Perhaps, a mix of kiddish and too adult mindset.
I wanna be masculine and manly. Don’t know how to be.

Would really appreciate your help, gentlemen.

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there are any active debate or discussion circles in Chandigarh that meet regularly, either offline or virtually, to discuss local, national, and international issues.

If something like this already exists, I’d love to join. If not, I’m considering starting a small, open discussion group for civil, informed conversations on current affairs.

If you’re interested, do comment below or feel free to DM me.

Is there any student magazine/newsletter which can take my articles/opinion pieces. I am a law student with a respectable profile and have authored a few published pieces in magazines/platforms here and there. I write on matters concerning public policy, urban governance, politics, international relations, and academics.

I mean, it was the election in which Mamata Banerjee rooted out the Communists from the government, bringing end to the 34-year old Communist rule.

Trinamool up by 154 seats. The sitting Chief Minister, Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee lost his own seat.

It gotta be a terrific election campaign.
