For context I'm from Delhi ncr,

I have two choices as of now manipal ECE and Thapar ECE/ENC (I would like to pursue ECE only so that's not concerned) .

Please genuinely guide me on the comparison of

•quality of education

•placements

•crowd

•fees

•overall which one is higher ROI

Finally going to college and need a tab for note taking ,

suggest which one is better for reading and note taking purpose and has better battery life , I use an Android phone so will there be any problem with ipad

Also we don't need to charge the S pen , so which one is better
