I've been planning to buy EKS instead of bikes/scooters since I have short legs 😅. And for a couple of scrolls through Facebook, TikTok, and here on Reddit, I can't seem to really find a place na maka try ko ug sakay, or atleast feel the vehicle before deciding to buy it na.
Also, any opinions or feedback about that TikTok sellers promoting 10k kapin na Gear Hive scooters? Legit ba if online nalang ko mupalit?

I got scammed of being a reseller of water tanks.
Since I was so desperate to gain extra money for my schooling, I tried applying sa Part-timers in a local Facebook page. Fast forward to someone buying from my marketplace listing, a buyer was supposed to buy 6 tanks and have it delivered to their province... Katakataka na ang main FB page ng supposed to be supplier ko doesn't have any reviews and barely have new updates on thei successful deliveries, I turned a blind eye for a while and continued processing the order.
But since my buyer was in a duda din, she opted to buy 1 tank nalang tas if legit na madeliver, dagdag nalang daw siya later on. So bale 2PM yesterday nagsend nko ng payment kay supplier, and then filled in order form na din.
Suddenly nong 6PM, di daw nag go through yung payment ko, eh nakaltasan na gcash ko and i have my receipts so and so... tumagal pa to until 9PM. until sinabi nila na "sorry for the inconvenience" daw and Mag abang nalang daw ako as early as 6AM for the shipping updates ng tank, (so okay na siguro, nahanap na nila receipt ko) -- Earlier today lang, pinasa nila ako sa Port Agent daw kuno and I will talk to that person thru viber para ma track yung shipment ko... Nastress ako kasi they asked for another 1,900 pesos para daw makasakay na yung tank ko sa barko... and when I asked my supplier about the additional payment, SORRY lang natanggap ko. Given na hidden fees yon, nainis ako kaya I told the supplier directly na CANCEL THE ORDER and I want a REFUND.
When I checked the account of the job poster I applied to, deleted na yung account. The supplier themselves keeps telling me na ipush through nalang daw ang order eh kesyo wala naman silang maipakita na reciept or whatever. Kakainis pa is that The supplier said I'll get my refund this 1PM, wala pa rin.
May I know where to go or what actions should I do in order to really catch these culprits? May Gcash number and names naman ako na nakuha so far, gusto ko managot talaga sila kasi marami talaga silang na agrabyado and pinapatagal talaga nila yung transactions until mag give up yung buyer or customer.
