Does anyone here eat crisps responsibly enough to not have terrible skin?

I have no self control with crisps and chocolates so I’ve banned myself for the past 3 months and my skin has never looked better. How do you take care of your skin with crisp addiction?

2 months cut 87-79. Lean bulk or continue the path?

The fat really gives you a false impression of who you are. I did run about 1600 calories for some weeks and at 6ft2 it’s too low, currently I eat around 2100 cals 130g protein 150g carbs I’m working on improving these numbers. I believed the early low calories was the reason I lost a lot of muscle but looking at my photos I don’t think I lost much there was just not very much to begin with.

I’m not going to lie realising how small my biceps are is really humbling, I can only really say my triceps have developed nicely and everything else needs major work.

Your thoughts on where to go from here? Cut remaining fat and lean bulk or immediate lean slow bulk?

Hello I’m back after cutting a bit. Does it look like I would have a beefy yet lean look if I kept cutting to reveal lower abs or am I looking a bit small/skinny?

Do you think I even have enough mass to justify continuing a cut? To see my lower abs I might need to lose another 5-8 kg I don’t know.

First pic absolute baseline maybe 3+ years back, you can see my bulked photo I’m sitting down and my last photo is current.

I think peak bulk was around 87 I am 80.5 right now. Never had abs would like to see my lower ones. Would I lose muscle chasing this goal? 6ft2

Legit sale? PSA 10 1st Editiok Gym Challenge Blaine’s Charizard sells for 20k USD

That is like a few thousand over the past sales. Possibly 30th anniversary hype. I was wondering if this seller is known to inflate sales? I heard something bad about them and never use them.

M/32/6'2" [75kg to 83kg] (1.4 years)

I’ve been in the gym before! I believe my lower back is lacking.

When you try to cover a song how big of a chunk do you practice at once? How fast do you learn things?

I find if I’m either focusing on too small of a chunk to get the melody somewhat alright but then I’ve spent maybe 4 hours and got 10% through the song.

I try to copy what the singers do instead of just singing whatever I think is right but when I’m copying I have to reference the material a lot and I’m wondering if that’s how others try to cover things because when I don’t do this it’s just bad.

I am much more satisfied but learning it very slowly but is my rate of progress normal? 10-15% (about 2 verses) progress after 4 hours or possibly more over 2 days.
