Has anybody seen this gem? Sherlock Holmes versus Dinosaurs

I did this to myself, lol. I wanted to see some humorous/ridiculous adaptations of Sherlock Holmes, and it didn't take long to find this one.

It's an Asylum movie from 2010, titled simply Sherlock Holmes.

Just watched it for the first time, and I want to discuss its ridiculousness, but don't want to spoil it for anybody who hasn't seen it yet.

I found it to be surprisingly enjoyable for what it was, but there were some definite "what the heck is going on here" moments, and I'm not talking about the dinosaur, lol.

Among other things, we discover >!that Sherlock Holmes' first name is Robert. And that he has a brother named Thorpe, who's gone mad.!<

This is sort of like a Plan 9 from Outer Space of Sherlock Holmes movies, without the aliens.

Just wanted to share about this movie, and wondering if anyone here has seen it.

I wish to be a moderately successful millionaire.

I don't want to be greedy. I don't want to make my wealth unethically. And I still want enough time to enjoy my wealth, not having to spend all the time grinding.

Art Bell Somewhere in Time for February 26, 1998

The C2C website didn't say what the topic was going to be, but he's opening with something about fireballs.

My turn has come. "Due to unusual search activity, your ability to earn points...may be limited." Not sure what's "unusual" about my search activity, apart from Microsoft Rewards giving me the same damn prompts all the time.

Is it physically possible for a crab to bite someone?

Yes, I have "Googled" it, but I am getting ZERO relevant results.

So, I'm asking here.

I'm not talking about being pinched, but actually getting bit by the crab's mouth parts.

Is this physically possible? If so, does it hurt or cause injury to the human?

I wish for a viable alternative to YouTube, that is even better than YouTube, and it remains good eternally, without ever being purchased by Alphabet, Google, or any other heretofore unnamed company, if said company would engage in behaviors destructive to said alternative.

It can be ad-supported, but will never be as bad as Alphabet/Google and the way in which they destroyed YouTube.

It will have a fully functional search mechanism that actually works, unlike YouTube's.

It will stream even better, and more smoothly than YouTube.

YouTube/Google/Alphabet execs will be green with envy, but will never be able to buy, nor destroy, this new platform.

This new platform will be also be Tesla/X/Elon Musk-proof; Jeff Bezos-proof; i.e. greedy bastard-proof.

Any person or persons, corporation, or other entity, whether existing now or in the future, will never be able to ruin this platform; never be able to enshittify this platform; nor be able to take this platform offline, ever.

Only people or entities, whether existing now, or in the future, who are genuinely interested in building/maintaining such a platform will be able to contribute to it; and there shall be no shortages of any such people or entities, from henceforth.

I wish that human fat could be legally and ethically sourced and used in cuisine.

For instance, when a person gets a liposuction, the fat could be refined into a food-grade product.

I wish for a parody skit starring Hugh Laurie as Dr. House and Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock, where the two characters face off against each other.

G HUB not working

UPDATE: Completely uninstalled G HUB, then reinstalled using an older version installer (2023.1). So far, this seems to have worked.

This has been a seriously unpleasant experience. I kinda feel like I shouldn't have to regret buying this mouse.

Original Post Below:

Hello All,

First time poster here.

I recently bought a wired Logitech G502 HERO mouse. I've spent today and yesterday trying to get the G HUB application working on my Windows PC, and it just won't work.

I've installed G HUB; restarted G HUB; uninstalled, and reinstalled G HUB; restarted the PC, multiple times. Nothing is working.

I cannot get past "Something went wrong", after being on the "Loading applications" screen for about five minutes, each and every time.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro, version 22H2.

I notice during installation, the installer will claim so many MBs have downloaded, then it will roll back that number to something lower. I'm guessing this means the program is not downloading/installing properly? But when I try reinstalling G HUB, I get a message that it's "Working properly." So, I have to uninstall it, delete all its folders (according to Logitech's own instructions), then reinstall.

I'm at my wit's end with this thing. Any help/feedback would be appreciated.
