Can't get any help. My package depart Indianapolis 5 days ago and ive gotten no info on it since, its now 6 days late, customer service is not help at all and the support ticket system is perpetually out of service so my only option is to wait which im pretty sure isnt going to help. Since its UPS ground delivery I also cant file any claims unless im the one shipping the package.
I ordered RAM from best buy on the 7th, they said it would arrive on Thursday (14th) and now its the 18 of May and the FedEx package tracker says it has departed Indianapolis 4 days ago and there has been no further updates since. Im wondering is something is going with FedEx or Bestbuy or RAM in particular that might be causing this? Is anyone else having issues with ordering stuff from Bestbuy for delivery?
Just a casual ride for saturday morning
This is the second time this has happened and the third time ill have to re-craft both upgrades, is there a way your supposed to get those upgrades back or are they one-time use?
