Basically, how can I make myself more appealing to my interviewer? I know that this is an important factor in the decision making process. I understand that the decision making is based on cultural exchange, NOT credentials. I have a masters degree and I’m a current educator. But I’m not sure that is particularly relevant or as useful as other factors?

Many people (such as myself) have been dreaming and begging for a dedicated story or arcade mode for the game. As an old Tekken tag kid who loved playing that game, I believe this option in the game could be a massive benefit!
However, we only have really one major “villain” character so far, unless you want to call Warwick a villain too…
What boss character would you like to see become a part of an arcade mode final battle in the game?
My vote is probably Virgo… Because it seems like the game is slowly leaning more towards the shadow isle stuff (we even saw Ms. Fortune) so he seems like the best fit currently?

With more new cool characters coming into the game? Would it be worth it to get a simple arcade mode for casuals like myself? I doubt that we would ever get a full on story mode gameplay? But what about a simple linear arcade mode?
Maybe a simple battle royale or stage based fighting system with lore relevant dialogue at the end for each character?
How difficult would it be to add this and would it be a worthwhile idea?

What event or character would you like the next movie to focus on. We have already gotten an Aang movie here. A recent reveal about AVATAR studios shows that they are still “committed” to releasing animated movies in the future alongside their other projects…
I personally would love a Kiyoshi movie. She is probably the best choice out of all of the “known” avatars. Yangchen is great, but we’ve already gotten an airbender avatar in Aang. We know most of Rokus story already. Kirk died young. Kiyoshi is probably our safest bet for a successful story to tell.
However, I would also love a movie that focuses on an unknown avatar. I don’t think a project would work unless it’s focused on one of the avatars. I don’t think a sokka, toph, Appa, or even a zuko movie would be successful enough.
This year has been and looks to be great for the AVATAR franchise. We have
- Netflix live action!
- A new animated series!
- The Aang movie…
- And a video game!
- And books/comics dropping like cabbages!
We’re getting more avatar content this year than the past 5-10 combined!
We should be excited and grateful. But what do we do to keep the momentum? How do we support it? Do you foresee any roadblocks coming up?
I am definitely worried about the Aang movie after the leaks. I hope it doesn’t do too much damage to the brand? I feel like if the Netflix series keeps doing well we might be OK? Idk tho.

I’ve been thinking about this because I’ve recently been getting back into avatar after a few years off. I wonder if the franchise can become as popular and ubiquitous as other franchises like Star Wars, marvel, TMNT, Transformers, etc which have new titles dropping every few years?
I’ve been drawing Naruto characters in my style for a little while. I’m really enjoying the process.
I have always loved the idea of combining western and eastern comic styles together in my own work! I am looking forward to drawing more characters from Kishimoto sensei’s work!
