Hi all I’m brand new to this game, had solar installed less than a week ago. I’ve found the Victron mobile app very flaky and does not want to show the information so I have to use the VRM or the remote screen option. Is there another app available that most people use at all?
I wanted to do a screen recording but don't want to dox myself.
I'm using USL Gateway, UP Siren and 4 USL Entries.
Mobile app (iOS): Select 'Arm' button but there is no indication the button has been pressed. Force close the app and the button has changed to 'Armed'. Same with disarming.
Web app: Click the 'Arm site' button, it instantly changes to 'Arming', but will stay on that indefinitely. Refresh the browser page and it changes to 'Armed'. Same in reverse for disarming.
Is this a bug with Protect?
